Absolutely brilliant service, was seen quickly and the dentist did a very good job along with giving great advice.

Jo and her very professional team, have yet again passed the high bench mark in dentistry, on Wednesday I was booked to see the hygienist, Sabrina, whilst having my treatment she noticed an issue in my gum, and after taking a photo shot, she advised that it may be an infection from a root, the Info and treatment was outstanding, at reception Joe had seen the photo of my gum area, and made me an appointment for the following day.
when I arrived less then 24 hrs later, Joe met me in reception, once in examination room she checked me out, took an x-ray and it confirmed the hygienist prognosis, Joe explained the best course to follow, and proceeded to remove the root problem, I was amazed how well this was done, all relative info was given to me in and within 40 mins it was done, I was give advice both orally and in writing on how best to recover from the procedure. My honest opinion is a first class service, from reception, treatment, leaving was outstanding.

As always the dentist was really good with my little boy, giving me good advice for him. Very happy with dental treatment.
Only downfall this morning was the appointment waiting time, they were running late and we were not seen until 20 mins after the appointment time.

I did not like this dental practice at all it was my child's first ever dentist appointment the doctor that checked my child was not kid friendly at all I was looking forward to his appointment as it was his first ever appointment to the dentist but I was really upset at the service. Very sad. Will be looking for another dental practice for him.

I wont say its a pleasure visiting smile but I can say that the whole team, particularly Jo my dentist are thoroughly professional and provide a brilliant service

Always a pleasurable experience at this practice. Friendly and professional staff at all times. My dentist was excellent, very informative and she took good care of my 2 yr old son Daniel, putting him at ease and making it fun for him. I know I will have no problems bringing him for future appointments.

This is a first class dental practice. Professional, friendly but most important no matter who was dealing with me they listened. Time was not an issue and every procedure from start to finish was patient satisfaction focused. I do have an ongoing issue with redness in my mouth, i cannot thank the dentist enough this time for the trouble she took explaining everything and for the suggestions she made for me to try.

I have been with apsmile for long time and always had fantastic experience visiting there. Surgery is clean well decorated and well maintained. All admin staff and hygienists are vey helpful and pleasant.

I smoke and have progressive gum disease but the staff are always ready with advice and never pass judgement.

My children had their first ever dental appointment today and the dentist we saw was absolutely brilliant with them and made them feel really comfortable!

this has to be the best dental practice ever, not only do you get the best dental treatment, you attend the practice, you feel like your popping in to see good friends. The team are so caring and considerate, very professional from Dr Josaphine Prasad, my dentist, Sabina my dental therapist, all the dental nurses and the staff on reception, i have moved from Blackburn to the ribble Valley area, but i wont change my dental practice. I'm not saying there aren't practices as good as this one but, there certainly wont be any better
