World of wheelchairs are fantastic. A clip thing broke off my mum’s wheelchair and I was advised by another store to buy a new footrest. Not only did WOW call me to check that I had the correct order but they also told me I could just buy the clip and save (a lot) of money. They then reordered. What fantastic customer service!! Thank you:)

I can not praise World of Wheelchairs highly enough.
After recovering from a routine surgery that went wrong, I was left housebound and in need of a wheelchair if I was to rejoin the outside world
I did a lot of research on line. I found WOW and called them for advise as this was a first time purchase for me and I had tons of questions. I spoke to a gentleman (Tom) who could not have been more helpful. I really felt that he wanted to make sure I had the right chair for me rather than just making a sale. After much toing and froing on the phone and online I purchased the Gravity Lite self propelled chair. I was really impressed with the quality of the build. It was very solid despite being very lightweight. The added bonus of removable wheels makes loading it into the car a lot easier. Delivery was fast too.
In summary, I would say that if you are looking for quality products and good old fashioned customer service, look no further than World of Wheelchairs. Most highly recommended.

All about the customer though their delivery team is faster than there emailing department !! Ordered it for my Mum on a Wednesday arrived at her apartment on Saturday - got an email on Monday saying it would be delivered Tuesday !!
Really was a seamless order from start to finish and Mum is delighted with her G-Lite chair.

Fantastic quick service from ordering my wheel chair to delivery! This was an upgrade for me after using just a small fold up travel chair, so this amazing off road set of wheels gives me so much more independance to be able to wheel myself around on uneven paths and pavements!

I needed a replacement wheelchair and the local shops were charging silly money. I bought the same chair for much cheaper.
The most impressive thing was how fast delivery was. I ordered on the Monday and it was delivered before lunch on the Thursday.
