As always, the staff at AP Smilecare are amazing and helpful. I have anxiety when it comes to dentist appointments, but this is my second time seeing Naihl, who is an outstanding hygienist. She always helps me feel calm, and with each appointment, I find myself becoming more and more at ease.

Jo is also incredible at what she does, and her explanations are always clear and easy to understand. Over the years, she has taught me how to stay calm and focused during my visits.

Thank you to the entire team for making every experience a positive one.

I was fitted in for an appointment at short notice because a crown dislodged. When I arrived I was greeted and seen as scheduled. The dentist and dental nurses were as professional and kind as always. And the treatment didn't hurt! Thank you

Visited the surgery this morning. As always all the staff are friendly and courteous right from the manageress to the reception staff. I usually deal with Vanessa who is incredibly polite and helpful. Sara the dentist is very professional and dealt with me with lots of care. Finally Sabina the hygienist is damn marvellous and is very sensitive and caring.

This is by far the best dentist I've ever used, the dentist and staff are always polite and friendly,the surgery and waiting areas are always spotless, I'm 70 year's old and suffer from anxiety issues but something about this place has a calming affect.

Dr Phil made me so at ease . I was so scared but he talked me through every step. It was over in minutes and he has freed me of my fear of the dentist to the point I'm booked in again in 2 weeks. I can't say enough good things seriously

Dr Usman saw my children today. He was super friendly and informative. Very professional and made my children feel at ease! Thanks so much for your kind and caring manner.

The dentist lady was very nice. She experienced all about my teeth.

My hygienist is excellent. She explains everything to me step by step and how to improve my gums and dental routine.

I rarely give anyone an excellent or 5 star as I feel there is always room for improvement but I genuinely feel the practice has the best hygienist

Dr Josephine prasad is lovely and made me feel at ease especially as I suffer with bad anxiety, I felt comfortable and defo w would recommend the receptionists was helpful and polite.

Shocking! I was referred to this clinic by NHS for treatment. I asked about costs for an additional filling, The branch manager stormed in and told me to get out without any obvious reason, I had never experienced anything like it. I felt really embarrassed. I would never recommend this surgery. (Can you imagine being shouted at when you are in pain and you cannot talk? The manager literally told me to get of the chair and leave. They didn't do much to acknowledge the complaint. I give it a less then 0.
