Show up on time

Show up on time. If I have a problem in between services, they are more than willing to come back out out free of charge. I live on a lake. I have noticed I have many less spiders.

Technician is wonderful!

Our technician, Anna, is so helpful in our pest control issues. She is friendly and kind and very nice to work with! We appreciate her professionalism and work ethic!

They charge you when they don't show…

They charge you when they don't show up, and month they showed up and walked to the side of my house then left without doing anything.

Should alter their seasonal prices

Service has been timely and they complete what they claim to service. The effectiveness appears to be good. My question is why do they service with limitations during the winter season and still charge the same amount as the rest of the year for their service? During the winter service is minimal and time spent is 10 minutes at best, so why is the price the same as the rest of the year (other seasons)? Why do they try to service at all during the winter? They don’t cover everything in the winter/they can’t.
That is my basic complaint for this company.

Winter visits are designed to focus on prevention, monitoring, and addressing areas where pests are most likely to overwinter, which is why those visits can be shorter and more targeted.

Our service pricing is structured around year-round protection rather than individual visits, meaning the cost reflects ongoing coverage, materials, and support across all seasons, not just the length of a single appointment. That said, we understand how the difference in time and scope during winter can feel confusing or frustrating, and we appreciate you calling that out.

No Documents of Factual Details

Since Day One, I've never received any Detailed Information about what exactly the Definitions of the Treatment are.

Today, again, I discovered in a telephone call, that Mosquitos are Not covered in my Contract. Martin said he now added it without additional expenses.

I still don't know the purpose and results of outside Mouse Control plastic boxes.

I've had more mice in my own basement traps than in the last 20 years...
The last Controller that place 3 traps in my basement appear useless; although, the same as I use and purchase at Menards Store for $10 carton of 6..
Will Aptiva Inspector ever look for holes around my foundation or under my house siding?

I asked the applicator to come back and complete the service

I asked the applicator to come back and complete the rest of the program. He filled some of the bait stations and that was all. He missed the eves, windows and doors for insects. I also needed new mouse strips in my garage, but he never returned to complete the job. I’m very disappointed in the service this quarter. I also left him a phone text with no answer.

I don't see the person who comes do service. From what I can see from results service is working. Not much problem with pests as before.

Tom with Aptive arrived in the time…

Tom with Aptive arrived in the time frame he texted. Tom was very polite he explained everything that needed to be done. Answered all my questions and had some excellent tips for me going forward. He was very respectfull and made sure my dogs were out of the way while he took care of the inside. Everything went very smoothly thanks to Tom. highly recommend Tom and Aptive.

Do what they promise

This is a company that does what they say they will do. Their customer service is excellent, with the ability to follow up before and after to give feedback. It's not always perfect because there's higher turnover in the industry, but they do an excellent job. Sometimes they miss things, but this is an excellent company. Their products seem to be quality products, and they get results for us. They've especially helped us with a mouse problem.
