A calm place to view beautiful roses of all sorts & descriptions. Owners & staff are so welcoming as well as being experts in the rose world. Additionally they run special events like classes where they teach the art of pruning & maintenance of the many varieties. Love visiting.

We had been to the site and had a lovely morning there, bought roses and enjoyed coffee and yummy cake.
All the staff and Liz were so nice. Spotted a metal obelisk but too big to go in the mini, so phoned and ordered it a while later. Delivered with no issues.
Then bought tickets for summer chill event, but very sadly couldn’t go due to sickness and extreme heat. Hoping to go next year if it’s on.

I found this company by chance. Fantastic customer service and excellent delivery. The rose bush I ordered was in perfect condition and I cant wait to see the face of the person it is going to as it is a special gift.

The rose is beautiful. But APC delivery person who delivered it was appalling. They didn’t deliver it on the appointed day because they said they couldn’t find our address……..they were located on the beach. And then the next day they delivered it to the wrong address. Luckily I tracked it down

2 beautiful roses, in bud and bloom, arrived quickly and well-packed.

The rose plant was delivered on time, well packaged in its own individual box. The hot weather did not help with the journey with the leaves wilted but I watered it as soon as it was delivered. It is now re potted and staying at a shaded area to get acclimatised to its new home.

Average delivery times, plants packed well. Quite small specimens for the price.

I bought 4 roses, each was individually wrapped (no squashing or rolling about).

All good sized quality healthy plants. All were in bloom/bud. Much better experience than some of their competitors

Ease of web site ordering. I was contacted throughout purchase and delivery with updates. Roses arrived by DPD who handled them with great care but even if they didn't handle with care the roses were so well packaged they would have survived! The Roses when unpacked were of superb quality and size, in fact even better than anticipated. I have since reccommended to others.

The rose (“Open Arms”) was delivered swiftly, expertly packaged and in superb condition.
I was kept informed of the tracking details.
All in all - a very positive experience.
