American Passport & Visa International Reviews

Outstanding service at APVI! Friendly staff, quick processing and a very smooth experience.Highly recommend.

Very responsive, organized, and fast! Highly recommend

I have used the APVI services for over 20 years. I received my first passport through APVI after being naturalized as a US citizen. The APVI website is easy to navigate and there is always someone you can reach for questions.
APVI works reliably and professional. I can wholeheartedly recommend them.

I had an excellent experience with APVI throughout my Saudi work visa process. I would especially like to thank Zulkhumor and Karim for their outstanding support, professionalism, and responsiveness.

They guided me through each step of the process, kept me updated regularly, and were always available to answer my questions. The process involved several documents and requirements, but they made everything clear and easy to understand.
I truly appreciate their attention to detail and dedication in helping me complete the process successfully. My Saudi work visa was approved smoothly, and I am very grateful for all their assistance.
I highly recommend APVI and especially Zulkhumor and Karim to anyone who needs professional and reliable visa assistance. Thank you again for your excellent service!

I 1489% unequivocally recommend APVI. I had one of the most challenging international visa cases due to clerical errors on the part of multiple other parties before APVI. I did my research, believe me. And I found APVI. They not only didn’t disappoint. They went over and above the call of duty on so many ways it’s not possible to list them all here. They triaged, diagnosed and then executed a plan to clean up everything from others’ mistakes, guided me and other stakeholders - including my international employer - in detail, filing papers properly, calling back or emailing expeditiously always, double and triple checking everything before filing… They leave no stone unturned to get the results you want.

Excellent service received for a family visa for our employee in Saudi Arabia

Karim was very professional--perhaps too professional! He was quick to give advice and to answer questions. Although he is understandably busy, he was sure to make time to answer questions by phone or by email. I really appreciate all of his help, and I am certain that it's because of his thoughtful attention that I am deploying a month early! Thank you, Karim!

My wife and I have been using APVI exclusively now for four years for all of our travel visa and passport services. When it comes to our passport management needs, we often find it overwhelming to navigate the world of multi-governmental agencies and the fine details of the process, in general.

We have had nothing short of consistent, fantastic experiences with APVI for all of our service needs, ranging from Visa issuance to passport renewals. We place our full trust in the hands of their knowledgable, professional and courteous staff.

We have also found that the total service fees to engage APVI is often less costly, overall, than if we were to fully manage the process ourselves, provided that we were confident in managing the process ourselves.

I recently had to renew my passport in a time critical situation with my travel plans only a week into the future. If I were to have attempted to educate myself on the process, make the required appointments with the passport control offices, travel to attend the meetings, wait in line, etc… the process would have taken me twice as long and cost at least twice as much as having APVI help me. In addition, APVI returned my new passport to me a day ahead of the anticipated date, allowing my travel plans to proceed without issue!

We are delighted to share with all of you our sincere experience that not only is APVI a business that specialises in the niche service of assisting in Passport and Visa acquisition/management, but that APVI provides some of the best costumer service and professionalism that we have experienced in any organisation.

Cheers,

Mike Douglas

The team is extremely responsive and they go beyond their way to help you!

excellent communication and support. great company to work with.

APVI's experience and speed in getting a KSA business visa quickly was impressive. After submitting my paperwork, they were on the phone within hours to thoroughly review it. They noted errors in the invite letter in Arabic which had to be corrected. I overnighted the passport and materials and they submitted it the day they received it and got it back the following day.

Ibtihal made this whole process incredibly easy and seamless. I was worried about sending off passports and sensitive information (and receiving everything back quickly) but she made the whole process so easy. I highly recommend this company and Ibtihal for help.

APVI is a top-notch, no-nonsense, get-it-done outfit. They have done exceptional work on all my visas since 2019. They are extremely attentive to the details needed for embassy consular services, getting back to me very quickly with information or concerns. I have used many other Visa services, but none are outstanding like APVI.

The APVI specialist are thorough and efficient and have a very fast turn-around of documents.

This was the most painless process. I thought it would be a headache gathering ask the information needed but the APVI team was very helpful.

APVI, thank you for your awesome service and process to get me a multi year visa to Saudi Arabia. This is such a blessing for making it so easy a process. I will talk about APVI for the rest of my life.

Extremely responsive, very helpful and great customer service! And received my visa way earlier than anticipated!
