Ordered but not received no replies to my emails

Ordered and paid for 18th July 26,not delivered and company have not replied to my email mail. I am sure this is a scam.

DO NOT TRADE WITH THESE THIEVES. aquagallon.co.uk, aquadelivery.co.uk & ecoadelivery.co.uk all seem to be the same company, they all have the same front home page. I am going to be reporting them for fraud. I ordered an item from them approx. 10 days ago with a promised 2-day delivery date. Item has not arrived and all communications have been ignored.

Absolutely a scam. Ordered a tower fan over a month ago - multiple chasers in the meantime and no response. I've managed to get the money back through my credit card but don't be fooled, this is NOT a legitimate business.

Not one email to say when I shall get the delivery and today you want a review for what I did not recieve thus far?

Yoir truly winding me up, take the money and keep the water, email me about a review on a Sunday?

No delivery and you want to review what zi have not experienced.

2 to 6 days have passed and I get a review for getting no water.

You better refund the full amount as I not been sent an email about the delivery of any water.

I shall call my bank to tell them, I have been scammed or robbed by AquaGallion.

No neighbour deliveries to neighbours and DPD enemies for Life. Dpd is the worst company you can use, as they will damage product than delivering anything.

Take the money and no communication to me the customer. Mentally messed up.

Missing My Waters For The First Time Ever. Went online to be told DPD has damaged my waters and I now have to wait 3-5 for a full refund.

DPD = Deadly Package Dangerous 😳

25th August 2026 and no refund from AquaGallion. Gosh...

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered a tower fan, received order confirmation and then nothing more after that. Tried sending emails and WhatsApp message to chase the order but just got radio silence. Ended up contacting my bank to claim back on my credit card. Avoid at all costs!!!

I too ordered a cooling fan with a 2/5 day delivery. The money was taken but no goods arrived. Nil response to emails, texts,phone calls. No address to which one can write.
I raised dispute with credit card provider and have now been refunded money
Do not trust this company

Absolutely useless nothing has turned up no refunds no communication they have either gone bankrupt or a scam

This is a scam, do not use them. I ordered an oscillating tower fan. It didn't arrive so I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. I received an email confirming my refund and then heard nothing and I didn't receive my money. I have raised a dispute with my bank.

This is a SCAM! You pay and nothing arrives - you try and get hold of someone via watts app (number not recognised); email - no response; online chat - I put my message and no response. I have just flagged with google.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered a water cooling fan with 3-5 days delivery. Two weeks later it hasn't arrived and apparently hasn't even been dispatched. I've contacted them through email, chatbot, and Whatsapp and have been completely ignored. I'm normally quite good at spotting scam websites but this looks more professional than most. I will be contacting my credit card company to get my money back.

This is a cyber scam and I'm confused as to why this is still trading. It exists to defraud the consumer and their lenders out of their hard earned cash. Scarily AI looks to have built a realistic website that tricked competent and seasoned web users who simply forgot to check trustpilot first

My wife ordered a fan. Very poor communication. 8 days after ordering, with no updates, they email saying they are refunding - with no explanation.

Scam company do not shop from them.
I work with action fraud and trading standards.
They do not ship items and pretend to send you a refund email if you fight with them, just to buy time.
I have reported them to national cyber security and action fraud.
Please guys take your time and report to action fraud it is free on 0300 123 2040.
I got my money back as a charge back from Klarna credit card.
Tell your bank to do a charge back immediately under section 75 consumer credit card act.
They are a fraudulent website and company just stealing money.

Please don't buy from this company.They have taken my money and I've not received my goods they were due nearly 3 weeks ago They say 3 to 5 days For delivery.I have emailed several times no reply I have used their wsap no reply.I have telephoned and it's an answer machine and they don't call back.Luckily I purchased on my credit card so I'm trying to get my money refunded.I hope they haven't conned others.

Just in the process of contacting my Credit card company now after receiving no email response from this company and now reading all the reviews that I've been scammed when purchasing a fan that I'm never going to receive.
It looks like this company has only been created recently and will probably disappear then reappear under a different scamming company name.

Scam website. How are they allowed to still be doing this? Thankfully got my money back via PayPal. Please avoid.

I got scammed a few years ago and vowed it would never happen again... Last Sunday on a particularly hot day i was not in my right mind and forgot all my golden rules regarding checking trustpilot before buying and ordered a fan from Aquagallon... Having got brain function back and checked out what i should of done in the first place i'm pretty certain i'm not going to get my fan any time soon. Rang my credit card company and already started chargeback proceedings. Fingers crossed. Needless to say always check Trustpilot if you don't know who you're buying from. Definitely stay away from this company.
