I ordered their ‘Vortex Air™ Cleanse - Air Purifier’ and extra filter, I had to pay for delivery despite it being advertised as having free next day delivery. When it arrived I realised it wasn’t necessarily suitable for the reason I purchased it and contacted Vortex Air for a return.

The Vortex Air customer service persuaded me to not return the fan by offering a substantial discount in the form of a partial refund, they also insisted they’d refund the delivery fee as it was charged due to a “glitch”. The money was back in my account shortly afterwards, however they didn’t refund the delivery fee.

The delivery fee was only a small amount of money, however I’m annoyed the fan was advertised with free delivery, then being charged, then being told it was in error and I’d be refunded and then NOT being refunded. For me this says A LOT about Vortex Air as a company, NOT organised or aware. I would not trust them with a second purchase as if they cannot be trusted with a small delivery fee and refund, how could I possibly trust them if something major went wrong with the fan?

As far as the fan is concerned, my much cheaper tower fan which the Vortex Air was bought to replace is more powerful. The Vortex Air airflow is minimal at best, it’s rather noisy and definitely wouldn’t make much of a difference on a hot day/night.

It’s a nice looking fan, I do like it but I regret buying it due to the lacking customer service and its minimal airflow. This was a purchase I wish I could go back on.

Just bought the water purifier/ kettle & am loving it. Had a slight blip setting up so called & was answered immediately & problem solved,even stayed on the phone to be sure it was resolved. No more plastic bottles to throw away,water at the temperature I want hot or cold & it looks smart too.

I am only going for 3 stars as I haven’t used it much, it all looks great slightly noisy on full power, but first impressions seems ok

We have a large open plan living room so on trying to warm it the fan struggled to get it up to temperature otherwise pleased with it.

I purchased two air cleanse Vortex fans for my sons who both suffer from hay fever. Occasionally they both work from home and the air cleanse product has helped them by making the environment much more pleasant.

As I am literally bed bound due to COPD Emphysema, I needed an appliance that can provide cool air in summer, warm air in winter & the additional HEPA filtration is very helpful as it removes any nasties from the circulated air, which helps my oxygen intake.
I’ve been using my Vortex Air Cleanse Bladeless Air Purifier (Heater/Cooler) @ £179.99 for a week now (24/7), & find my oxygen levels are more stable. I’m sleeping better as the noise output is very quiet.
I checked out several fans before purchasing this one & Dyson compared to the exact spec as the Vortex Air fan except for double the price tag!
All in all I am thoroughly impressed with the Vortex Air fan & I’m happy to highly recommend it as an excellent 5* purchase.

This is a great product, the cool air fan speed is excellent. Its compact design makes it ideal for smaller rooms - it takes up much less floor space than the Dyson equivalent (it’s more powerful too). I would 100% recommend.

Machine constructed well and feels like quality. I bought this machine for my wife for it's alkaline water benefits. I use it all of the time for my drinks whether hot or room temp, it's a great machine.

Simple to order from the website, fan heater/cooler came very promptly. It’s a gift, so we tested it but it hasn’t been used extensively yet - the reviews were all very complimentary so we expect no issues. It looks very stylish too,

I absolutely love my new fan just wish they did the same one in a smaller size ( Table top )
I would highly recommend getting one if you suffer from house dust allergies my bedtime has now got even better with the air I breathe
