Over the last 7 yrs i have purchased from Arabella & Rose for both my kids. We absolutely love this brand so much. Quality & design is stunning.

I’ve ordered Meadow’s birthday dresses from here two years in a row and couldn’t be happier. The customer service is fantastic—responses to questions are always quick and helpful. Shipping is fast, and the dresses themselves are absolutely beautiful. The quality is amazing, and the colors are even prettier in person. Highly recommend!

* The dress I received was of very poor quality, made from cheap materials, with numerous loose threads and poorly finished stitching.
* The item looked completely different from what was advertised online. The colour variation was significant, not just a minor difference.
* There was a strong, unpleasant odour to the dress, similar to clothing from low-cost fast fashion retailers.
* I paid over $100 for the item, however based on the actual quality, I would not value it at more than $30.
* I provided clear photos showing the loose threads, poor stitching, low-quality materials, and the major colour discrepancy. While a refund was eventually offered as a goodwill gesture, the issues were downplayed as minor and no real responsibility was acknowledged.
* The store also refused to cover the cost of return postage.

Loved everything I purchased! Can’t wait to shop for my daughter again :)

I had the best experience shopping at Arabella and Rose. They were so helpful and I had my dress the next day ( I live in Perth).
My daughter looks so beautiful, quality and design were amazing.
We will definitely buy from them again.

I’m in the US and it arrived within like a day and a half it was so quick I was shocked! The dress was perfect the socks and bows everything I bought was of such great quality! I personally know how to sew and I know that fabric is hard to work with so for it be done so well I definitely appreciated the work done on it! The material was so soft and came out beautifully in pictures! I can’t wait to put it in a shadow box to use as decoration because it’s so gorgeous! Definitely will be buying more as my girl grows older! Worth every penny!

Absolutley obsessed with arabella and rose! Nowhere else does dresses so amazing for little ones. They never dissapoint, always such fast replies and the delivery was so quick! I’m forever last minute and it arrived to the uk in 3 days! Thankyou for always coming through with the best

I purchase a romper for my 5 month old daughter who is getting baptised next month. I tried it on her and within a few days I mailed the romper back to Arabella and Rose, after emailing them saying I need a smaller size. They confirmed that it is fine providing the dress has original tags (which it did) and also not worn (which it hadn’t been worn). In fact the event I wanted my daughter to wear the romper to hasn’t even happened yet. The dress was packaged into a new Australia post bubble bag therefore not even damaged. The romper was too big. I simply needed the smaller size and they refused to swap it for me instead they re-sent it out to me stating complete false information.
1. There was a scent on the romper specifically perfume (bullshit theres no scent on the romper as my baby does not wear any fragrance or perfume and either do I since I had her to avoid allergies)

2. The tulle is dull. Another load of shit as I sent the dress back unworn within a couple of days. (I had the dress in my possession for a few days, how does the tulle become dull if it is unworn and sitting folded in a clean bag).

3. The finally bullshit excuse I received was that the Swiss dots on the tulle are covered in black fluff. How is that even possible when the dress was TRIED ON my baby for probably 3 mins maximum on a rubber change mat.

It is wild to me how someone runs a business like this, absolutely disgusted I have never worn something and sent it back nor would I ever, to accuse me of such nonsense is appalling. Not to mention the romper is BIG my daughter needed a smaller size for the event that hasn’t even happened yet.

Would not recommend Arabella and rose whatsoever as when I emailed them prior to mailing the romper back as it was hard to find clear instructions on the website alone, the response from Arabella herself was quite off putting. Saying yes you can return it but it needs to meet our standards. Therefore straight off the bat sounded like she didn’t want to change the romper for us, You would think every store online has general standards of not wearing the product and for customers to send back exactly what they received… WHICH IS WHAT I DONE. This is absolute bullshit.

*******IM EDITING THIS TO ADD SHE HAS NOW ASKED ME IN HER RESPONSE TO MY DISGUSTED REPLY…. TO CUT THE ROMPER STRAIGHT DOWN THE MIDDLE AND SEND HER A PHOTO (and she goes on attaching another poor customers photo of her dress cut straight down the middle so she must request this often) AND SHE WILL SEND ME A SMALLER SIZE “AS A ONCE OFF GOOD GESTURE”*******

There is NO WAY this person can be trusted. She probably wants me to be left with no romper now and will not send the smaller size like she’s suggesting purely for leaving a bad review.

I’m convinced there is no team this is a one person brand with no staff & therefore no professionalism/customer service.

I’m so happy with my order. I am from New York and I got two beautiful dresses for my newborn daughter and she looked fab on her first month! I will order more soon! They absolutely so worth the price. Plus I love that I’m supporting a small business at the same time!🩷🌸🙏

It’s honestly so rare that you find an online business that can cater to customers needs on a personal Level. I’ve ordered twice from this store now and both times (poor planning on my behalf) I have left my order last minute and needed the dresses within the week. Just with a simple email, my orders were prioritised, was sent out for shipment on the day I sent out the email and delivery came within 2/3 days. I’m super impressed, not to mention the actual products are AMAZING!!! My go to favourite occasion dresses for my daughter!

I love Arabella’s designs. The Margot Lilac Pink Rose Embroidered Girls Tulle Party Dress & Mariposa Lilac Pink Rose headband were gorgeous for my girls first cake smash! I would definitely recommend and keep purchasing for special events!

Disgusted with the quality of the flower crown I bought for my daughter. Truly unbelievable they would charge the price they did and ship this product. Flowers are literally falling apart and it’s stiff as a board and does not mold well to a head. Do not recommend.

I adore Arabella Rose and all the wonderful women that work there: Charlene, Klaudia, Shadi, Lucian and Mariam. I’ve been with them since 2022. They give great hair-care advice, hair-care products, such pretty styling, and the extensions are high quality human hair. I regularly bleach my hair, and it’s the healthiest blonde I’ve had with their safe methods. I’m prone to headaches, but the extensions feel amazing in my hair and I don’t have any problems. It also looks completely natural! I’m always so happy after my appointments, because they make me feel like a princess yes, but most of all, because of the beautiful sisterhood I experience every time. I 100% recommend!

The perfect dress for any occasion and very generous in sizing! Will be buying again in a bigger size!
