I cannot say enough about how amazing the customer service and the product was. The compliments my daughter received on her dress was endless. Everything from the packaging to the quality of the dress was next level incredible. I gave out the Mik and Me IG account to at least 20 different people who asked me where I got the dress from. I would order from here again and again.

If I could give zero stars I would. I made a purchase over a month ago and I have still not received my order. I have emailed the listed email address multiple times and have not received a response. Don’t order from this company it’s a total scam

Absolutely incredible! I ordered a dress not reading the description of the “made to order” dress and was in a time crunch. The customer service was amazing and was completely understanding and worked with me to get it to me as soon as possible. The team is so kind and I cannot express how grateful I am for them! Receiving my daughter’s dress left me in awe! The material is amazing and it is perfect! I will be ordering from them for every occasion.

I ordered two flower girl dresses last year, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The dresses were absolutely beautiful, and I received so many compliments on them! 🥰 The communication with the admin was fantastic; they were so friendly and helpful throughout the process. I had to exchange one dress because it was a bit too big, and the whole process was seamless and easy. Seriously, the best little flower girl designs ever! Highly recommend!

Ordered a dress on 10th of January, today is 9th March and I still have no dress, no follow up, no tracking details.
They took our £255 for a dress we’ve never received.
I tried reaching out to the company a few times which went ignored until I left a message in the comments on instagram - then they replied saying they would be sending out the dress that day…still nothing.
I ordered this dress for my daughter as she will be a flower girl at my wedding. As soon as this order was made, I messaged them to let them know when I would be leaving the country for my wedding and they replied straight away reassuring me I would have it in time, then the communication stopped.
Please check and double check who you are buying things from.

I ordered a beautiful white flower girl dress for my daughter for our wedding, when it arrived it was more beautiful than I expected, I ordered a size 3 and it fit her perfectly the quality was absolutely amazing and everyone commented on how beautiful she looked on the day, would highly recommend these dresses, they are so worth it 💕

I would not recommend this company to anyone do not use. I have not recieved my dress and they do not respond!

I made a order on the 13th of Jan, I then followed up via email on the 5th of Feb just seeing when a expected date would be they responded very fast ensuring me that the dress was almost finished production and it will be posted the week after and will take a few days to come as I am only in Melbourne I then emailed them after waiting an additional week and they did not respond, I have since emailed them multiple times and still had no response to my order and never received any tracking to my order.
SCAM!!!

Amazing pieces, and incredible customer service. I had a slight issue with my order and sizing. I’ve never received service as good as Mik and Me from any other brand! I purchased 2 dresses and I am so in love with the dresses. They are dreamy, magical and just the best. Hands down one of the best dresses and awesome customer service. Came in the timeframe given. The most beautiful and well made dresses. The ones I chose were covered in beads and not one came off or came loose ! Dry cleaned so well, they really are such stunning dresses .

Accidentally placed the ordered twice, I emailed them and they processed the refund immediately.
I received my order before the expected delivery date- and the dress was just WOW! The quality of fabric to stitching was 10/10. Will definitely be ordering from them again. Thank you 🤍🤍

Mik and me has exceptional quality, her dresses compliment any shape and I just love everything about you.

I ordered my son’s baptism outfit from Mik & me.
Unfortunately once received I had issues (shirt tie was broken and had a stain)
I contacted via email and “out of good will” Rachel advised another would be sent out.
They assured myself the items were fine before being sent, however I wouldn’t intentionally do anything to the clothing as it was for a special occasion.
No replacement shirt was ever received.
Poor effort.
Will not be buying from here again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

I am absolutely in love with this dress! The moment I put it on my baby girl, she looked like a little angel straight out of a fairy tale. The fabric is soft and comfortable, the design is stunning, and the fit was perfect. Every detail, from the delicate embroidery to the lovely colors, is just beautiful. It made her look so elegant and adorable at the same time. Truly a perfect dress for any special occasion—highly recommend it to all parents who want their little ones to shine!
