We requested a quote and received a prompt reply and a competitive price. We arranged a date and they came precisely at the time stated. They did an excellent job cutting back a very large beech hedge and cleared everything up after they finished. Brilliant job. Will certainly use them again.

I needed 2 firs trees taken down. Paul replied to my enquiry quickly and came to view the job within days. The quote was reasonable and the work booked within a couple of weeks. Paul did a great job and I would not hesitate to recommend him and his work.

Friendly helpful and very tidy. Did a grand job of all the trees I requested had a hair cut.

I was really hoping for as good a service as all the others, Paul arrived as agreed to price the work, he sent the price over in a good timescale, I accepted his quote and asked for a date to start, he asked for a couple of days to confirm when he can do the work. I have not had any contact from him since, which is currently 10 days! If you don't want the job just tell me! In my opinion very poor customer service.

Paul and his colleague carried out the pruning of our large silver birch at the bottom of the garden. They worked safely and carefully to reduce the height and reshape the tree. My wife and I were both very satisfied with the end product. Finally they cleared away all material produced by the pruning. We are very happy to recommend this company.

Would highly recommend. Friendly and very professional and the obvious choice for the second job in our garden. 😊

This is the second time I have asked Arborline to fell some trees, Paul quoted a reasonable price and carried out the work quickly, I also had the stumps ground which was well worth the small extra cost, I would highly recommend Arborline Tree services.

Another professionally completed job from a really nice guy. Highly recommended for trees/hedges etc. Paul has now completed a number of jobs for us in the past 18 months and all have been to a high standard and are good value for money.

Paul did a great job of removing our tree and grinding the stump. He also cleared up well on both days! Efficient, polite and friendly. Definitely recommended and would use Paul again.

Paul gave us very clear advice about our trees before we placed the order. The work to remove two large trees was carried out very efficiently and both Paul and his tree-climbing assistant were very polite during the whole time they were here. We could not believe how well they cleared all the debris and raked the lawns leaving no mess at all. Thoroughly recommend Paul to anyone with a tree problem.

Great job of removing quite a few hedges round the property. Very knowledgable, friendly and helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to use again in the future.

I contacted Paul Jones in early January 2019 to obtain his quotation for the removal of a dead tree and its replacement with a species which would be suitable for planting close to our house.

He was able to attend site the next day and to plant the new tree within a week of its being delivered. I found Paul to be highly knowledgeable, practical and reliable. His quotation was very reasonably priced and he was happy to offer advice freely about other trees in the garden. I would not hesitate to seek his help in the future.
