Great product, great price and delivered at speed!
I am very happy with the service and the fireplace I bought. I was let down from another supplier and needed something quickly. This turned out very well as I was able to find a better fireplace at a xcheaper price than the previous company.
Whoever it was I spoke to on the phone was super friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this place!

Great customer service
We ordered a large BBQ that unfortunately was delayed due to a supplier issue (which they were up front about with me from the beginning before purchase - that this could be an issue) It is a very popular unit. Whilst the delay was a little disappointing I have been hugely impressed with how this company (DIY Garden Homes) dealt with them and me. They kept me informed openly and honestly throughout the process and gave me updates on scheduled resupply and answered any questions I had along the way. I would be very happy to order anything from them again and to recommend them to anyone.

Checked around the buy these lights for my driveway. Very few places had any in stock. Found cheaper prices but free next day delivery swayed me
