Order was delayed by many months. Then was incomplete when arrived which was the wrong delivery date just lucky we where in. No instructions or fixings had to then wait for these to arrive. So a summer project is now a xmas project. Robin was excellent at trying to chase it up.

The delays and errors came from our supplier, and despite repeated attempts to resolve things, their unreliability continued to cause problems. As a result, we’ve now made the decision to stop working with them altogether to prevent this happening again.

Great customer service. Got response by phone virtually every time I called. Robin went to great efforts to answer several question about the item we were purchasing. The cover was out of stock at the supplier and took a long time to arrive - during this time Robin kept us updated.
