Well to be honest we had to message as a month later no news , as our delivery text hadn’t been sent to us . so got in contact. Two minutes later we received a phone call and an apology as it had slipped through the system,delivered in the next few days. Lovely chap on phone couldn’t say soon enough. Lovely service

Really pleased with my bbq I purchased. StoveAreUs promised to beat any valid price, after searching the web I found somewhere cheaper and they upheld their guarantee and so were cheapest I could find. Great communication throughout and could choose delivery day. Overall very happy

Turns out 97% is but the chimney cap is cheap bright silver and looks so bad we actually assumed they must have sent the wrong one. We asked for one that matches pictures and descriptions or a refund but they just blame the manufacturer, said they will update the website to get a description which matches and pictures which match but no sign or a new chimney cap or a refund. Since gone radio silent for two weeks.

I would NOT recommend this company!

After ordering we heard nothing for weeks, we then sent an email to enquire and was told the cooker was not actually in stock.

When the cooker eventually came into stock delivery was then arranged and we also paid for installation and disposal of old cooker.

On the day of delivery a switch was not correct for installation so fitters said they were not able to install the cooker.

We tried to get our money back for the installation and the disposal of the cooker which we were told by the installer we could have, but when we emailed and asked for the £125 plus money we had paid we were told we were not able to have any money back as they had come to do it, not their fault they couldn’t .

We paid for installation and removal as we are aged 80 plus, we didn’t realise a switch was not suitable.

We are now £125 plus out of pocket.

Please be aware if you pay for an installation and removal of old cooker and if fitters find a reason not to fit cooker, you DO NOT get any money back !

Ordering was simple, delivery on time. Product easy to assemble and the overall product is perfect :-)

Had to chase the order up, delivery was a tad slow, but couldnt fault them other than that. Probably wasnt their fault actually, as they used DPD, who, well, if im not much mistaken, have only apes in velvet working for them. Of course the parcel was left outside without so much as a knock on the door, as im sat waiting and looking at my watch, canceling plans etc, but of course its dpd! What else to expect. Im very pleased with the item itself and would use the company again.

New cooker did not arrive on day agreed and expected. Phone call at 4.15pm to say would it be next day.
Next morning cooker arrived but contractors could neither disconnect and remove old cooker nor connect new one despite us paying circa 300 for this sevice. Neither Aga nor Stove's r us were able to assist so we are currently left with 2 cookers in our kitchen. Have had to contact local engineer to assist (again no help or recommendations and we had to keep chasing Stoves r us for updates). Would never use either company in future. Shockingly disappointing service. To cap all we have houseparty tomorrow and 2 useless cookers in kitchen.

I ordered a stove from StovesAreUs and unfortunately it was far too big for my conservatory. I actually unpacked the stove before realising it was not right. After discussion with the great staff at the shop I returned it to their warehouse and a full refund was given. The communication both at the shop and warehouse was excellent. I cannot praise them enough.
