Easy ordering, and quickly received. Well packaged. Easy to put the fire display pieces in and then set up. Only thing was I did not receive a dispatch notice from company direct but from the delivery company DPD. However, DPD driver was very helpful, as stove was heavy he helped lift it into the house for me. Competitive price as well so very pleased and would recommend the company. Thank you.

Item was delivered on time , and it is installed,looks great, contacted customer service on chat , asked Jamie about warranty, dimplex give one years warranty, but on stoves are us says three years , asked for confirmation and replied confirming it is three tears,great item and postage.

I ordered and received my fire within 3 days. The delivery man carried it into the house for me. My Henley fire was packed really well and easy to put the handle on. The fire is easy to use and looks perfect on my fire place. All perfect

We are really pleased with our Rangemaster cooker but should highlight that delivery was finally made almost 3 months after ordering. No complaints with the cooker now - very impressed by our first Rangemaster induction range.

I had an appalling experience with StovesAreUs. My order was delivered to Glasgow instead of my address in Bristol because their website’s address drop‑down failed to populate correctly. Despite the delivery address not matching my PayPal details, no one checked or contacted me to confirm the order — a basic safeguard any competent retailer should have in place.

I received no confirmation from StovesAreUs that the item had been delivered. The only reason I even knew where it was was because a woman in Glasgow emailed me directly. My stove could easily have been stolen and I would never have known. That alone is unacceptable.

When I contacted customer service, there was no desire to help. I was told they couldn’t collect the item or return it to me, even when I offered to pay for the collection myself. I was then advised to “arrange my own cheap courier”, but this advice was completely useless: the stove is classed as a hazardous item, so standard couriers will not transport it. They clearly didn’t understand their own product category, and the information they gave me was worthless.

The staff were dismissive throughout, and I was left to resolve the problem myself. I had to pay £84 for a specialist courier and spend significant time sorting out an issue caused entirely by their system and their lack of care. The only helpful person involved was the woman in Glasgow who received the misdelivered stove — not StovesAreUs.

The order process was straightforward and delivery was quick - in short, excellent service.
