Archi-tile Reviews

A fabulous range of tiles, competitive prices, beautiful showroom and super responsive agents.

I couldn't recommend Aron and his team highly enough. From start to finish, they were incredibly efficient, professional and a pleasure to deal with. Their knowledge of tiles and products is second to none, and they gave me complete confidence throughout the decision-making process.

Communication was excellent at every stage, with regular updates on deliveries and progress, making the whole experience seamless and stress-free. Their pricing was also extremely competitive compared to other suppliers, offering fantastic value without compromising on quality.

What really sets them apart is their willingness to go the extra mile, nothing is ever too much trouble, and if there's a particular tile or finish you're looking for, they'll do everything they can to source it.

An outstanding team delivering exceptional customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Lauren has gone above and beyond to help me source a discontinued tile. Her communication throughout the process has been incredibly responsive. Happy with the product and very happy with the customer service.

I had a great experience with Aron and would highly recommend him. I sent him some reference pictures of the look I was hoping to achieve, and he explained exactly what type of tile would be best suited to the project, which was incredibly helpful as it’s something I know very little about.
He provided samples, advised me on what else I would need to order to achieve the finished look, and made sure the tiles were delivered in plenty of time for my project. His communication throughout was excellent, and he made the whole process feel really straightforward and stress-free. I’m so pleased with what’s been delivered , the tiles are beautiful and really appreciate all his help and advice

Another great experience and now I have another stunning tiled room! It’s been made so easy and effortless coming here to get my home the way I want it, with the experience of the staff you pointed me in the right direction when I told them what I needed as some showrooms feel like a minefield and just don’t know where to start! But here they put me in the right direction and give me the options I wanted so picking my tiles was so easy and zero stress! And not only that they gave me a great deal on price. Can not recommend them much more than this, Architile was the only choice for me.

I only discovered the Architile showroom by chance, but I’m so glad I did! I’m not an architect, designer or project manager, just someone looking at a small project, but the team were incredibly helpful and welcoming. They clearly have the knowledge and expertise to support projects of all sizes. Highly recommended!

We have had many dealings with Archi-tile over the past few years and they couldn't have been more helpful from a commercial tiling perspective. They are always able to find the products we are after and usually able to beat whatever price we've been quoted elsewhere. Gary in particular has always committed a lot of time and energy into helping us with our projects and we are very appreciative of his efforts. We look forward to working together in the future.
