My experience was great in ordering for my nephew in the UK. I ordered from Australia. He really loved it. It was a sentimental present to my nephew as I have terminal cancer.

The watch I chose was special as it was for an important birthday. The engraving was amazing, I had it done in my own handwriting and it was matched perfectly. It was well presented in a lovely box. It arrived promptly and safely. Ordering was easy, as was sending over the copy of my requested engraving. I would recommend this Company to anyone looking for that special gift for an important occasion.

Uhr sieht gut aus und Bestellung und Lieferung waren unkompliziert.
Allerdings ist eine Einfuhr-Umsatzsteuer zu zahlen und das war mir zuvor so nicht klar. Unter 150 € fallen zwar keine Zollgebühren an, die Steuer in Höhe von 19% muss aber gezahlt werden.

The watch is really expensive looking, it arrived very quickly and the hand written message engraved on the back was so extra special. Thank you 😊

Received a watch as a gift but it runs slow and the watch face does not align with the second hand.

Offered a replacement watch including engraving, happy with response time from their CS, will update review upon receipt of replacement watch.
