This company needs a ZERO star. It is a scam. DO NOT BY FROM THEM. It comes from China, do not believe what the web site tells you. I ordered 20 plus items, I waiting near 3 weeks and I had to contact them to see where my order was. That's when I found out it was coming from China and Not New York like the web site said. At first they tried to say it was delivered- Never delivered to my PO box. Then they try to reship it (taking another 30 days). Then they tried to give me a 60%refund, because their supplier wont compensate them. Not my problem, then after threatening with attorneys, police reports and contacting my bank, they wanted to give me a 90% refund. It has been 54 days and still no items. I had to report them to my bank, I had a police report filed- due to them not returning my money. My attorney is going after them- This company is a FRAUD. they will try to scam you out of your money. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING

Two pairs of jeans missing from order..no reply from company..do not order!!!!

Ordered a pair of size 41 shoes that run very large. According to their return policy, you have 14 days. I put in my order # in to return and it said they could not be returned. I’ve only had them five days and no where does it say that shoes are non-returnable. I also wrote them immediately and did not get a reply.

My ordered has never arrived. So upset I didn’t google reviews for the company before I ordered. No contact details for them on their website. Would give it 0/5 if I could. Feel like I’ve been conned!

Awful awful company!! If I could give them zero stars I would, I ordered an expensive down body warmer on December 28th and still have not received the item, the parcel company colissimo says it’s still being ready to be delivered on one tracking site and yet also emailed me to say it had been delivered, no card or idea where, and it is impossible to contact brut they responded to emails 5 days later saying it’s been delivered then they’ll look into it asap, getting back to me 5 or six days between emails, the parcel needed to be signed for and colissimo site just says it’s been delivered however when I look through brut tracking it’s saying it’s still in France, obviously something has gone wrong and it’s lost and that’s fine I would just like communication and to be helped ! Then refunded or sent a new item one that actually gets here, the postage was £16 too, all style no substance please avoid at all costs

After sending me the incorrect item, Brut refused to dispatch my order until I had returned their mistake item (essentially holding my much more expensive item hostage). They then sent me a return label after i said i didnt have a priner.. but didn't bother to include the trousers I'd actually ordered originally.

Spiteful behaviour and not something you'd expect having spent 200 quid plus on a pair of trousers, which they still haven't dispatch 4 weeks later.

The hoodie I ordered was no where near what the photo looked like, parts of it were totally different. It was described as “heavy weight” but in reality was thinner than cardboard. The belt was also not the same and an inferior quality to what was shown. It also has faults and I can’t even use it even if for some reason I wanted to. And on top of that they missed one item from the order completely another hoodie which was $50.

A COMPLETE SCAM DO NOT WASTE UR MONEY

My second order from this company, unique designer clothes at a great price and fantastic customer service. Delivery was a little slow but to be expected at this time of year

I ordered from them in January, and was met with similar responses other people had received, polite emails asking me to wait. Got to the start of March, and they had started to ignore my emails.

On 9th March, I opened a case with Paypal, and on 10th March, they had apparently sent the items, Paypal had reviewed their tracking number and refunded me.

If you want to try this company, I would recommend paying via Paypal and keeping an account with them in case they try and do this to you.

I am very happy with my purchase. I ordered some clothes but one item in a specific color was not actually available, so they refunded and added the same item in a different color free of charge. Didn't take too long to arrive either. Great customer service, would order from again!

Quality is not good, don’t buy this. The quality of the hoodie is as thin as paper. The tapestry isn’t even thick quality. Not worth how much it costs.

I bought my son a hoodie from Vendetta Archive a year ago and he just loved it so he chose another for Christmas 2021. We were told it was ready to ship mid January 22.
I chase every week, same polite response, please wait. Now no response!

Ordered weeks ago. Nothing received

Don’t bother wasting your money

No updates, no chance to contact them, don't fool yourself for their offerings, it's not worth it! Perhaps it is because of corona, not sure how it worked in past, but I was handed a smashed box, no bubble wrap, poorly sealed, address directly from Jamie.

I understand things might be the result of crisis and with these prices, it may be hard to pay a team as before, but as Christmas are around the corner, with such purchase experience this is simply a risk.

It may be outlet, but no one wants to get a box that screams "latest of the latest outlets under the sun".
What a shame, with such a catalog of local designers items, this definitely needs some changes and responsibility.

I went in not 100% sure, i did read the terms and conditions, etc, i knew it was going to take a month to receive it, but one you actually have it, the final product is gorgeous, would definitely buy again.

My only criticism, is the jumper fabric itself isnt amazing, but acceptable, youre really paying for the design.

Ordered and the hoodie still hasn’t come after over a month! None of my emails apart from the first (where I was told it would take no earlier than 2 weeks but no later than 4) have been replied to, also the cheek to charge £5 for shipping when it apparently takes over a month despite being UK based and myself being from the UK. Would not recommend.

I love the brands idea, will definitely buy from here more. As a US customer shipping did take a while but that’s mostly expected, other than that everything was great
