Hi Pierluigi, thank you for the review and I am sorry you are not happy with your item.
I have looked into your order and the item was delivered a month ago on the 7th of March, If there was an issue with the item you could have contacted us on delivery and we would have been happy to resolve any problems for you.
You have not contacted us at all and then left a 1 star review a month after delivery, I think this is slightly unfair especially as we accept returns. It seems very odd that you wouldn’t request a return if you were unhappy with the item?
The item you purchased was a 25 year old Goretex jacket, we advise all our customers to read our goretex maintenance guide before purchasing as the older pieces do need to be maintained

Returned an item within the given timeframe and was charged £9 to return it. Doesn't help the item was only £30....

As we explained to you via email and also show very clearly in our returns policy we charge a handling fee of £5 on all returns and the original shipping charge of £4 which we provide for Free on all UK orders.
You have paid £4 shipping to cover the cost of sending the item to you, which we paid originally & £5 to cover the staff and packaging costs
It seems very strange that you would leave such a spiteful review to try and damage our business when you were given multiple opportunities to read our returns policy, we clearly state to read the policy before purchasing anything and even prompted you to read it again before you returned the item. Are we at fault when you have been told multiple times but still failed to read it?? You also returned the item late missing the deadline and we still processed the refund for you.
Do you think that we should as a small business be the ones to take the loss through no fault of our own? We only apply these charges to cover our costs when returns are made by the customer changing their mind on the purchase or purchasing the wrong size as we give clear measurements.

Great support, good quality
My item got stuck at the airport for no reason, guys from support team were very responsive, answered each of my emails, promised me to reimburse the money if the order is not reaching me after 25 days, would recommend buying from these guys, great professionals, I finally received my order, Stone Island, as always is way smaller than the size, but obviously the store has nothing to do with it. Recommend.
