Good posters. Order arrived undamaged

Ich habe bereits am 12. Januar drei Poster bestellt! Da diese lange auf sich haben warten lassen, habe ich den Support kontaktieren, welche mir per Mail mitteilten, die Bestellung werde gedruckt und zu mir geschickt. Dies war leider aber nicht der Fall. Die Sendungsverfolgung durch Shop zeigt seit Monaten kein Update mehr an und eine weitere Kontaktaufnahmen blieb komplett unbeantwortet. Seit inzwischen über 3 Monaten warte ich auf meine Bestellung, welche natürlich schon bezahlt wurde. Ich hoffe zwar, dass ich sie noch erhalte, ansonsten bzw. bis dahin muss ich ARCO posters leider für unseriös halten

Ordered a poster on 20th March for my son’s birthday.. it’s now 12th April and the poster has yet to arrive! I have chased multiple times! I was provided tracking on 8th April.. evri is still “expecting it” it’s way past my sons birthday, I’m not holding out much hope of ever receiving my order. I’m thinking this is a scam website and that I’m going to have to claim my money back from the bank. Unreliable company with non existant customer service. I would avoid at all costs

Update - gave my order number as requested… zero response… for clarity my order no is 17079 and the tracking number confirming evri are expecting it.. and have been for a very long time is… H03GBA0018328888

This is just really unacceptable customer service - if it was advertised as a long wait time - fine - but don’t advertise 3-5 delivery when it’s going to be months and don’t stop communicating as customers will absolutely think they are being scammed.

Also - the email you have given me for getting the team to look into immediately is the same email I have been using for weeks with little to no joy.

Further to your response advising delivery is due today. That is not true. I have spoken to evri - it’s not a case of tracking not being updated - they still do not have this parcel! It is still with you! So it’s absolutely not being delivered today! Where on earth is my parcel please???

Final update - finally received my poster after nearly £30 and 1 month - I’m mortified I’ve spent this much time and money on such a low standard product. Box totally dented on one side and it’s been left in the rain by the delivery person so poster is creased and wet! - print quality is poor. Im far too embarrassed to give this to my son as a present and it’s going directly in the bin! It’s 1 month late and totally ruined!!

I am aware they have been delivered - per my message above - fist delivery totally ruined and sub standard, 2nd delivery pretty much the same - see proof of delivery pic where you can see there’s section of water damage on the package, just a terrible experience - 2 packages 1 month late and both water damaged and not usable - it’s binned. Total waste of money and time and son birthday present ruined

I purchased a custom poster in August of 2025. As of April 2026, I have received absolutely no updates on its existence. Maybe better in the EU, but the US logistics seem to be non-existent.

Great piece of art. Easy to navigate website, super-quick dispatch of my order, arrived in perfect condition thanks to careful packaging.

Absolut grauenhaft. Ich warte seit Dezember letzten Jahres auf meine Bestellung. Ich habe mehrmals den Kundensupport kontaktiert aber niemand versucht auch nur ansatzweise das Problem zu lösen. Ich wurde um 60 Euro bestohlen und werde jetzt rechtliche Schritte einleiten um mir das Geld zurückzuholen. Ich empfehle niemanden hier zu bestellen. Absolute abzocke.

Placed an order on February 14th and received an email stating that they were behind two days later which is understandable. I then get an email saying that it is „printing“ without a single email for me to pre-approve the poster design. A whole month since then there was no communication from the company to which I had to send a support email

When I had sent the email they somehow responded outside of working hours and told me that they would „check the status of your order and will get back to you shortly…“ No contact resumed after this email and still as of March 31st more than a month after I ordered no tracking details or design was sent to me. Extremely unlikely to order again

Na początku byłam trochę niepewna po zobaczeniu reklamy w mediach społecznościowych, ale spróbowałam i cieszę się, że to zrobiłam. Produkt dotarł w doskonałym stanie, a jakość spełniła moje oczekiwania.
