Purchased my arctic pod about six months ago, I’ve had lots of pleasure with it, plus the fact that after a good workout I get such a great feeling of calm, great product! Thanks. Phil.

Similar experience as the other people in this review. Absolutely ineffective. Leaks everytime I try to use it and it’s actually never worked.

Save your $500!!!!

This company is a scam. I ordered the chiller and spent months working with Jessica to get a refund or replacement. They will ghost you for weeks and continually ask for videos of the chiller in action. No matter how much you comply, you do not get results. Avoid this company!

I bought 2 units from Articpod and both were not cooling. I emailed them and they originally said they would give us a partial refund on both units or a full refund if we paid shipping to send them back. Then they ghosted us for 3 weeks. Then Jessica, the customer service representative that we’ve been going back and forth with for 2 months, changed her mind and said they would only give us 10% back on both units.

I purchased this Ice pod Chiller and Sauna combo from Arctic Pods website on 2/19. I received the chiller and set it up and after having it on a for an hour noticed it was leaking water from the bottom and not being able to reach the temps it was being set at. I then reached out to the company for help and they did answer me. However I did the steps and confirmed the item having all of its parts and they told me they would get back to me. on March 23rd the pump cord caught on fire! I couldn't show them a video of the leak because the cord was damaged from it catching on fire. I reached out to get a replacement chiller and they said they would once again get back to me. I heard back that they were going to send me a new cord for the pump which at the time I didn't think would fix the issue. They sent me the cord. I told them that was not what I needed and that was on April 7th and nothing since then. I have sent almost daily emails and no response. I need a new pump to use this item or give me a full refund. I can't use the item without the pump. Do not use this company!

Dont buy this product, it takes forever to receive, water takes forever to cool down, the water pump is a separate unit and has stopped working after a few weeks, their customer supoort is nonexistent, all they have is a bot that tells you to email customer support or text and all you get back is an automated respose telling you they are backed up. Still waiting on respose 2 weeks later. The cooler leaks,

I got my chiller, but as I unpacked it, it was wet as had it allready been used. It circulates, but it doesn’t chill.

I am very disappointed with the product line.

“The chiller does not work. It only acts as a water pump, and does not chill. Their support department responded to my original complaint. And after I did everything they suggested, the chiller still does not work. I gave them my feedback. I sent a couple more messages to them with no response back. This product is horrible. Do not waste your money.

I also bought the sauna. Poor quality material. I had to go to Home Depot and buy plastic and wrap it around the entire unit to maintain temperature. Again, poor quality and customer support. Do not waste your money. “

Scam! Garbage product, fake reviews, and you can't return.

Just bought mine and like others have said it leaks. Complete scam. Haven't heard anything back from the company. Waste of 600 dollars for sure.

The chiller will not circulate the water so it will not chill. I haven’t had any success in getting them to replace it. Very bad experience.

Ordered the artic pod chiller took a month to "receive " it was emailing back and forth with them because I never got it. They kept sending me different tracking numbers. The last tracking number they send said it was delivered to an address in Florida I live in north dakota no way the address was messed up I confirmed mine with them several times. They won't refund my money or respond to me anymore so I'm out $599 company is a total scam

Ordered the ArcticPod™ Water Chiller for Ice Bath on 25 Dec 2023. As of time of edit of review, Chiller only arrived on 2/4. This is after being marketed as shipping via "Express service". Amazed that it did actually arrive, Will post review of actual chiller once used / tested.

Ordered articpod and it arrived but had multiple leaks. I reached out to customer service and requested a refund as well as an address to return the item and the reply was that they wanted videos so they could suggest a way to repair it. No refund or return. Stay away from these guys.

Ordered a unit and chiller 6 weeks ago. Never got anything. Had a fake shipping number and nothing was delivered but they say it was. They won’t return emails. Stay away.

I never got my order it said it was delivered but I never got it I sent an email to the seller and didn’t get a response

You sent me a b.s. tracking number that told me nothing. Then a week later I ask for an update, you said 24 hours for updates, still no response from my message. And now I just received a new update in tracking saying it’s still in China.

Product was received timely and as described very happy!
