Outstanding Service
I would not hesitate to recommend Arden Estates to everyone about to sell their house.
We had the difficult task of selling our dad's home when we live four hours drive away but all the stress was taken away by the incredible hard work of the Arden's team. The shining star has to be Romily, a total joy from the moment we met her, always checking in and answering queries straight away, with excellent advice. She made the whole process so much more bearable for us, with her reassurance and kindness. It is true to say that all the team , especially Gracie and Libby went above and beyond. when dealing with our dad. He suffers with Alzheimer's and during viewings the team always sent out two agents, one to show the prospective buyers around and one to sit with our dad with a cup of tea and a biscuit.
What a truly genuine, caring, trustworthy and professional company! We cannot thank you enough.

Not giving up...
After losing one property due to the vendor no longer selling up, I popped into the Arden office in Bromsgrove and intially worked with Victoria and Libby to get three suitable viewings booked. One of these properties really worked for us, so working with Victoria we submitted our offer. Due to the vendors personal situation, this wasnt a straight forward offer, but Victoria worked with all parties, even on her days off, to ensure everything was covered and managed to successfully get this across the line. We are hugely grateful to Victoria, Libby and the Arden Team for supporting us at what had already been a very difficult & stressful time. We now look forward to the coming months and making this move happen!!

Ace Arden’s in Worcester!
I instructed Arden’s in Worcester to sell my two bed flat. Since the get go the girls have been absolutely amazing getting the property launched & on the property market. I have already had several viewings and a couple of interested buyers with offers on the table. Olivia in particular has been brilliant at coming back to me after all the viewings & keeping me updated wherever she can or she feels the need. I have been highly impressed by the level of service from all the team at Arden’s. There’re centrally based office in Worcester City Centre is also very handy for sellers & buyers who need to pop in to speak to any of the team there during office hours. A second sale.
This is the second time we have used Arden, which, in itself, shows that we are very happy with the service provided. The sale this time turned out to be very complicated and took much longer than anyone anticipated but Leanne from Arden remained enthusiastic and supportive throughout.

A safe pair of Hands
Couldn’t fault Arden. From viewing my late Mother’s property until completion they were absolutely brilliant. Having to deal with my late Mother’s affairs they were so supportive and kept me up to date every step of the way. During the last couple of weeks up to completion I was on the phone to Jayne endlessly with queries and concerns and I felt she was holding my hand every step of the way. I have to give a shout out to Jayne as she was brilliant and helped me out so much with her time and endless patience. A great estate agency and I would definitely recommend them to anyone especially someone who was in the same position as me.
