At 5'9" it's hard finding dresses that aren't too short, but their new Dionne dress is spot on. Elegant and flattering without any awkward adjustments.

Like the clothes , but not good customer service.

Instagram dmd multiple times & 4+ emails sent and no response!!

I bought their Steffani dress for my 21st and it was everything I dreamed of. Felt like the main character all night 😍

The new collection is exactly what I was looking for- cute, flattering, and easy to wear.

i placed an order weeks ago and received no information or updates besides the order confirmation. I have tried multiple times to get in contact with someone and have had no response. I have emailed and messaged across all social media platforms. The order was for multiple dresses which have never arrived. I am appalled by the customer service and communication from this brand. I am now out of pocket and never recieved the dresses. I will be taking this further as they have taken my money and i have not received the items or a refund. APPAULING

I've oredered from this brand five times now and every dress has been perfect. Whether it's brunch or a wedding, they always have something cute and flattering!

I love Aria Cove! I wait for the drops and pretty much always purchase something from the collections. There has been a couple of occasions where I have mistakenly ordered wrong sizes/delivery options etc-and I always received a prompt reply from their customer service team (usually within 24 hours) and they are always more than happy to help me.

Ordered two items on the 24th May and received nothing. I attempted contact three times, an email and two DM’s on Instagram and heard nothing. In the end I had to dispute through my bank to get my money back a week ago. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!

I ordered a skirt that arrived with the size label cut out and a red pen mark. Sent multiple emails regarding this. Eventually had an email accepting the return. I am still awaiting my return postage after at least 10 emails.
Really really bad customer service. They don’t reply. Avoid at all costs. Will keep you posted if they refund my postage.

I have now had my postage refunded. So a happy customer now.

Have emailed customer service numerous times no response I returned two dresses in the same parcel have only be refunded for one but can’t seem to get a response on this and has been over 1month now!!

I’m really shocked to read all the negative reviews on here as my first experience ordering with this company was absolutely brilliant. I ordered a few different items, all the clothes were absolutely stunning and amazing quality and arrived within the time stated. I needed a refund on a dress that was too small and received the refund promptly. There was also a small part of one the dresses missing in my delivery (Lola dress neck tie) I emailed the company and received an email back within the time period stated and was sent the tie straight away with next day delivery. This will be my new go to clothing website!

I'm so gutted to be leaving this review as up until now I've never had a problem and have supported this business from the start. Unfortunately this time the customer service is completely unsatisfactory, I have emailed 3 times and DMd on Instagram about a missing item from my order that was on pre order back in May and has still not been sent out, I have had no reply at all and now disputing to get my money back with the bank!

I sent my return in the post and have received confirmation from the courier that it has been delivered. I haven’t received any confirmation from this company to say it has been received, I have emailed twice and sent a DM on instagram as they have noted in their communications that they respond within a 24-48 hour window and still heard nothing. After reading the reviews on here, I’m extremely worried on whether I will be receiving my money from this company and feel extremely let down that I haven’t heard back from the customer service team.

Received a reply to my previous review stating that the dresses would be sent out last week. Also received a newsletter type email stating the same thing but my order still hasn’t been shipped. I emailed asking for a refund on both dresses as it’s now too late but no reply. Have started a dispute with my bank to get my money back. Will also be reporting to Trading Standards as there seems to be so many orders not being delivered by this company.

I made a return almost 4 weeks ago and being ignored via dm and email. Not good enough!

I ordered an outfit on pre order on the 3rd may. Paid £100 on the basis it would be with me 3 weeks later.
It has now been 7 weeks!!! They then sent a universal email out saying it would be with me this week and it STILL isn’t. No replies to my messages or emails.

I needed this for my hen do next week!

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star. I sent my order back over a week ago #213611 and nothing they owe a £115 pounds. They do not answer any emails or Instagram. The customer service is a shit show! I will now be taking this up with my bank. They need shutting down

I ordered 2 dresses from here, both of which I wanted to return as one was poor quality and the second was too big and I wanted a smaller size. I tried to return them via the portal but it said I was out of the return period even though I wasn’t. I emailed aria cove and DM’d them on instagram MULTIPLE times to ask how I return the items as the portal isn’t working and they have gone radio silent. I would not reccomend this brand at all, make sure you all stay clear.

Received an email from the company to ask for feedback on my item. For the item I can’t make a comment as it still has not arrived after being told it was due for delivery this week however I can comment on the customer service which has been awful. All instagram messages have been ignored regarding my order and one email has been sent in reply to my recent bad review. Hopefully the dress comes soon before I take this further!!

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. I BOUGHT A TWO PIECE SET ON THE 22nd OF MAY AND NEVER RECEIVED IT. LUCKILY I BOUGHT WITH PAYPAL SO I WAS ABLE TO DISPUTE AND GET MY REFUND.
