Shocking customer service and returns system
I submitted a return request over a week ago for store credit as the item I had bought was in the sale and they have rejected it even though it is stated on their returns policy that I am eligible for this. They have provided no explanation and have been no help in the process at submitting a new request, which I am now unable to even do as it's past the return time. I have tried contacting them several ways via instagram and email since in the past fortnight to get an answer as to why this is the case and to get what I am eligible back but haven't heard a thing. It seems as though they are active on their social media accounts everyday and releasing new launches but will not pay attention to their customers. I was hoping to order another dress off their website for an upcoming event however don't even think its worth it now if this will be the case, alike to many others experiences so I have now found out... They really need to focus on improving their customer service as this is not the way a customer should be treated for something they state on their policy and the way in which their returns work. If you’re ever thinking of ordering off this site I’d strongly suggest against it because if you find yourself having to return it this system is basically non existent with this company.
I'm not one to usually leave complaints, especially for small-ish businesses but I have seen they have been replying to comments on here so if they see this please get back to me if so as it should not have to get to this

If I could give 0 stars I would. Submitted a return request 4 days ago still waiting for it to be accepted. Emailed for an update no reply dm’d for an update again no reply. Their customer service is absolutely shocking it’s like no one monitors it? I get the impression they ignore you for that long and don’t accept your return until it’s too late to send it back and goes past their return date. I wouldn’t mind if it was £10 but it’s £70 and I’m within the return date. From reading their other reviews it seems a lot of other people have had the same problem. I commented on their Instagram posts to ask for help etc and ask about their customer service which have been hidden within 5 minutes of me commenting. It’s a shame they can’t be as quick at answering their emails and DMs. So if you’re ever thinking of ordering off this site I’d strongly suggest against it because if you find yourself having to return it this system is basically non existent with this company.

Don’t order from this company! Not only did they send my dress 3 days after I was suppose to receive it after paying £6 GUARANTEED next day delivery which was for my birthday, they ignored my email, the dress has arrived today with make up stains on the inside and out, zero customer service, zero respect for customers.
Awful costumer service
Awful costumer service, was told I would receive my refund within 7 days and it’s now been 13 days and still haven’t received it. Emailed and messaged on instagram multiple times and haven’t had a response.

Would rate zero if I could. Sent me a completely different dress to the one I ordered and then ignore all emails and insta DMs and comments. There is no one at all to speak to if you have an issue. It is IMPOSSIBLE to speak to anyone. I have received my refund but wow the customer service of this company is abysmal. Do not use!!

Aria Cove if you see this, PLEASE RESPOND
I placed an Aria Cove order via ASOS that included two dresses from Aria Cove. These items were dispatched from Aria Cove, and I also made a return to Aria Cove via Royal Mail (as instructed by asos). However, I have not received any correspondence from Aria Cove regarding the return, and ASOS has stated they have not received any confirmation either.
The dresses did not suit, therefore I returned them. The dresses were sent back to Aria Cove via Royal Mail, and I have confirmation from them that the return was delivered on January 6th, 2025. I’ve emailed Aria Cove 3 times attaching screenshots of my ASOS order number and the Royal Mail confirmation that the return to Aria Cove was delivered.
Unfortunately, ASOS is refusing to refund me my £120 until they receive proof from Aria Cove confirming the return. I understand that returns can sometimes be complex, but it is SO disappointing to experience this issue, especially since the items were 100% returned to Aria cove. I made the payment through Klarna, and now Klarna has notified me that I need to pay £120 for the dresses, even though I have already returned them. This is the reason I am reaching out as I am not paying for 2 dresses I do not have, that were returned through the correct methods.
Could someone from Aria Cove please confirm the return and let me know how this issue can be resolved? Given that ASOS and Aria Cove are brand partners, I would assume there are systems in place to track and sync order numbers and returns.

Terrible customer service- their inbox is temporarily blocked so cannot even get into contact with anybody about my return. They received my return on the 24th and still no correspondence. Will never shop here again.

I have no words. Do not shop here, they are scammers. Bought a dress which came with a missing tag, smelt of perfume and clearly had been worn. Completed a return request and heard nothing back. Bought the dress again hoping it would be better and haven’t received it so have lost £80. Sent countless emails and DMs and have been ignored.
So many people commenting on their social media pictures asking for a reply! Wish I looked into that before shopping here.

Please don’t shop with this brand if you want to exchange or return anything. I have sent 6 emails, 2 instagrams messages and left comments under the posts with no response.
All I wanted was an exchange for a dress that I was hoping to wear to a wedding. I have sent proof of the returned dress and still nothing. Hugely disappointing and I’ve now paid for something that I don’t have.
Avoid!!!!

MISSING ITEM!
MISSING ITEM!! I have reached out 4 times now to try and locate my item and have had no response! I ordered this item 17 days ago and I’ve shocked at the service given! I don’t know how else to contact them I’ve emailed and messaged on Instagram! It states you can start a live chat but there is no live chat on the website! I’ve absolutely gutted and will be taking this further and they have taken my money and not sent the item!

AVOID - bad quality
AVOID - received poor quality item and could not return due to it being in the sale. I Contacted customer service multiple times on different platforms about receiving poor quality item but have been ignored.
EDIT: Following from the company response I would like to emphasise that I have no issue with a no returns on sale policy but with the poor quality and would appreciate a response via the platforms I have contacted them on.
