Every outfit I've bought from Aria cove has made me feel confident and stylish. If you're looking for fashion that stands out and last, this is the place to shop.

Terrible service. I ordered off ASOS and sent it back to them directly, they sent it back to me again. I also ordered directly off their website and tried to follow up with them via email to return (email from their website), twice and no response. I am now stuck with clothes I don’t want.

I have been trying to get in contact with someone at ariacove for almost a month now by emailing, sending instagram dms and commenting on their posts.

I have paid for two items and for next day delivery. The parcel was delivered not within the time paid for and i received only one item because the other was on “pre-order” (which i was not notified about). I still haven’t been updated of its arrival and i can see it is in stock online.

It’s such a shame because this brand looks lovely but the customer service is poor. If i don’t hear back i’ll be taking the legal route because out of principle to be taking payment and not delivering as promised is wrong and not fair because i have been patient and polite via email.
This leads me to believe i am being deliberately ignored especially as they continue to post on instagram.

Ignoring your customers is not professional at all. I find it hard to believe that the positive reviews are genuine as many customers seem to have faced the same issues as me

I've been a loyal customer for months now and every order arrives quickly and in perfect condition. I love that the clothes always look as good as they do on the website.

I placed an order for a couple of outfits and wow- the quality exceeded my expectations. I love how they fit and the colors are just as vibrant as shown online.

Aria Cove is always my go to when I'm in need of a last minute outfit or a new holiday wardrobe. Every time I've ordered, my items have arrived the next day! The customer service team has always been helpful when I wanted to return an item or an exchange. Would definitely recommend them.

Very bad! It has been three weeks and they still havent shipped my dress! I have contacted them but havent got any reply yet. Extreamly disapointing

I had 4 days to return my item however online it said I wasn’t valid for a return. I emailed customer service and never heard anything back from them.

They didnt send my parcel and didnt answer my emails. I messaged them on the app "Shop" where they are supposed to update the arrival of the parcel but disabled the chat after I asked when I would recieve the dress I payed for! Very very bad, feels like a scam.

I ordered an item off of ASOS after returning it to Aria Cove as instructed. It's been 4 weeks and I still haven’t received the money back. The lack of customer service has been extremely frustrating—I've received no response to my emails, or inquiries through online chat.

Customer service is so poor, I need to return and item and their policy is only 7 days?!!!

Don’t respond to their emails either. Lack of communication professionalism and honestly just so poor!

Would give them zero stars if I could - their customer service is near non existent, they messed up my order, I sent SO many emails most of which was ignored. They responded once to say they will resolve and come back to me but never followed up in my response (I sent 8 emails in total over a month)

Nothing new here as you can see from the rest of the reviews. AVOID AT ALL COSTS - or if you MUST purchase I urge you to pay by credit card/AMEX then you can raise a dispute for them to be charged back for it because they will not get back.

The retail climate is hard at the moment Aria Cove team - as a word of warning customers will not forget these awful experiences

Avoid Aria Cove - Update to my Previous Review

This is an update to my earlier review. I took Aria Cove’s response at face value and emailed them my order number (#15818) as they requested. That was days ago, and I have still not received any response or action. They have completely ghosted me despite their claims to "pride themselves on product quality and brand experience."

It’s becoming increasingly clear that this is just a front to manage their public image, with no real intention of addressing customer issues. This kind of behavior is dishonest and further proof that this company cannot be trusted.

Avoid this company at all costs – they are unreliable and unresponsive.

My order from October 15, 2024, remains unfulfilled, and I am still waiting for my refund. Until this issue is resolved, this review will remain here as a warning to others.

I placed an order on Dec 25, 2024. There have been zero updates on the order other than it is confirmed. I have sent 2 emails requesting an update and haven’t received a response. Is info @ ariacove. com monitored?
I’m happy to update my review once customer service reaches out.
Btw, when I asked on IG how to receive help with an order, my comment was removed.
** update: I received my package approx 4 weeks after placing the order. Shipping and out for delivery info never updated. Customer service never replied to my emails. I liked the clothes but found sizing to be inconsistent.

Ordered an item off of ASOS after returning it to this brand directly as advised. I still haven’t received the money back. The lack of customer service is awful I haven’t recieved any replies to any of my messages/emails and on the online chat.
