Never had such an amazing with a brand! Both times I've ordered they came within days! Clothes are such lovely quality and fit amazing especially on a short girlie- side note the packaging was also lovely and felt so luxurious to open especially as a girl that never treats herself! Couldn't thank you enough!❤️

Where do I start - I wish I could give this brand a zero ! The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. No responses through emails and the lack of professionalism is just poor. 7- day returns policy is illegal but yet they choose to ignore this. The quality of their clothes is horrid ! Better off ordering from Shein or PLT. I don’t recommend this brand to anyone!

Ordered a dress at the start of December, and when it arrived it didn’t fit. I submitted a returns request and I have yet to hear back, this was nearly 3 weeks ago. I have since sent another 2 emails and both of which have been ignored. Would not recommend to anyone and will not be purchasing again!!

I ordered a coat and paid for next day delivery. It didn’t arrive the next day. When it did arrive, the quality was not as expected for the price so I requested to return the item. This was rejected as they don’t accept returns on their sale items. However, their returns policy states a credit note can be offered for sale items, so I have requested this. I sent an email on the 1st December and have not received a reply despite contacting them numerous times. I’m still awaiting a response and I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service.

The order has not arrived in promissed time frame and they do not replay to emails or IG messages. This is a scam, do not buy here

Commented on a recent instagram post asking to contact me regarding faulty items. Received a message from them within a few hours and the problem was sorted. Thank you very much.

Purchased 3 items from their sample sale this Black Friday, it does state when ordering that there are no returns or refunds. However two of the three items they sent me were faulty.
One item had a hole and bobbles around the material as if it had already been worn. Another item had the sewing coming away at the strap making it not safe to wear.
I've contacted them via email, online chat, and instagram with no response on any platform.
I even attempted to register the return with pictures added of the faults on the items and they denied my request. Surely a return and refund should be accepted on faulty items.
Will not be using this brand again as their quality and customer service is absolutely diabolical.

I ordered a faux fur coat, no email from them about the shipping and when the item arrived it was very bad quality. I asked for a return.
Never buy from them again.

Ordered a dress on 9th November - still no update 14 days later. Have emailed twice but no response, yet still posting on Instagram etc. Do not buy from here!!!!

Bought 2 dresses both not suitable for me. Requested a return (for store credit) to order a suitable option and this was rejected. Be cautious of ordering anything discounted/sale as apparently you cannot return this. Such a shame as wanted another outfit from them.

This website is a scam! I ordered my dress 2 weeks ago and I didn’t receive anything, no replying to my emails. Nothing. Report them!

I ordered from Aria Cove on November 14th for expedited shipping and I have not received any tracking information. I have sent multiple emails asking for an update and I have used the online chat system and I haven’t gotten an answer.

I ordered a lovely skirt @ was sent an awful black dress . My return was rejected even though they sent me the wrong item . They haven’t even replied to my PayPal case . Very poor customer service

I ordered a fur coat and when it arrived the next day the quality was so poor. I then paid 9 pound delivery to get the return completed as soon as possible which it was received by then the next day. I have had no confirmation that it has been received they are ignoring all emails, instagram messages and online chat messages when they were responding very promptly when I was buying the item. Customer service is so poor as well as the quality of clothes

I bought 3 outfits. Two were perfectly fine but one looked different to the picture online but that was because the way the model posed made the top look different. I submitted a refund request which was rejected because it was a sales item, which is fair enough (I missed the t&cs). But I’m entitled to an exchange or credit note which I submitted. This has again been rejected, stating I am not entitled to a refund but I don’t want a refund. I also sent an email with the same request; it says clearly on their website that sales items aren’t eligible for refunds but the customer can have a credit note but the email hasn’t been replied. I’m not sure who is on the other end of these requests but I’m hoping someone else sees this and helps me.

The lack of poor customer service this retailer offers is awful! No replies on emails and no refunds being given! Do not order from this website!

ordered almost tree weeks ago and still hasn‘t been shipped. Very disappointing

Online retailers must give customers a 14 day period from the point of delivery to notify that they would like to return items for a refund. Aria Cove point back ignores this legality and refuses refunds after 7 days!! Such a shame as I think their clothes are beautiful, but I have no option but to NEVER shop here again due to their total disregard of basic consumer law and their poor customer service. Really really disappointing! Online brands must do better.

I’m incredibly disappointed with my recent experience with Aria Cove. I paid extra for express delivery, expecting to receive my order quickly. Nearly two weeks later, there’s still no sign of my package, and I haven’t received any updates from the company on its status.

What makes this situation even more frustrating is seeing Aria Cove’s social media filled with promotions featuring influencers, all while neglecting actual paying customers. It feels ridiculous that they invest so much in influencer marketing only to offer such poor treatment to their customers.

When you pay a premium for fast delivery, you expect reliability and at least some transparency if issues arise. Unfortunately, Aria Cove has failed on both counts. I’m extremely disappointed with their priorities and would caution others before ordering, especially if you value dependable and respectful service.
