Buyer beware - lack of customer service, painful return process, low quality, high prices

Absolutely shocking lack of customer service and return process. My partner purchased 2 Eden dresses for me (different sizes) and returned the one that didn't fit immediately after receiving it (literally within a day as I was just trying each on for size since the sizing guide was odd). He received an email confirming my return request with an RMA# on July 29 (which was about 2 days after submitting the request), upon which he received a confirmation of the successful delivery back to Aria Cove by the courier on August 12. We have received no response since, and have followed up since the beginning of September via email (twice), chat online, and Instagram DM to understand why we have received no response since our item has been returned. This dress wasn't cheap, it was $130 at the time (so $260 paying for two) and the shipping is insane enough from the UK to Australia ($70 express post one way so it could get here in time for an event, and we had to pay $40 Aus Post back to the UK because they don't do free or discounted return shipping).
Does the customer service team even exist? Is the info email monitored by anyone? What is the point of the online chat if no one monitors it either? I've been trying for two days to no avail. This is not the quality of service I would have expected from a brand that seems to present themselves as higher quality.
A real shame as this experience has completely ruined any future purchases for me from them.
When can we expect a response, if at all?

Purchased the ELLE dress on pre order

Purchased the ELLE dress on pre order, dispatch date was advertised as August 26th however after multiple emails, Instagram messages and trying to speak to the useless chat bot, I have still had 0 responses.
I ordered 2 sizes and spent £100.
I luckily managed to purchase the dress from ASOS for my event!
I now have 3 of the dresses which might I add are NOT £50 quality!!
The dresses were delivered a month after purchasing whilst I was on holiday, I have since returned and am trying to return them, but am being refused as the period has passed!
I am hoping by writing this review, someone will reach out and help me please! I still haven’t had a response to my emails from weeks ago!
I have no use for these dresses any more and want my money back!!

Commande conforme mais problème de livraison et communication

J’ai fait une commande le 14 septembre 2024 de deux articles, avec un délai de livraison de 5 à 10 jours annoncé. Au 25 septembre, je n’avais toujours aucune nouvelle sur l’expédition de ma commande ni infos de suivi. J’ai essayé de contacter le service client par mail, je n’ai jamais reçu de réponse. Finalement, c’est sur le chat en ligne que l’on m’informe que ma commande vient d’être envoyée, et que l’on me donne un numéro de suivi. À partir de là, j’ai reçu ma commande sous 4 jours et les articles sont conformes et de bonne qualité. Le manque de fiabilité est toutefois regrettable.

Awful customer service and items not received …

I placed an order back on 2nd September with the pre-order date being on 3rd September and paid for next day delivery. Over three weeks later, I have still not received the dress. Having emailed multiple times over the past few weeks, the only response I have received was that I could expect to receive my order by “the end of the week” (w/b 9th September) which was nearly two weeks ago. The lack of communication is absolutely shocking.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would.

Despite the rubbish reply I got to this review, I have still had no confirmation of getting a full refund for my order. I also finally got a response to my Instagram DM’s where someone did not apologise for not responding to my messages, tried to blame me for not being patient and clear enough and also proceeded to attempt to argue with me at nearly 10pm at night.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I cannot recommend anyone order from here. I pre ordered one of their dresses that had a despatch date of the w/c 25/08/24 which suited me fine as my holiday was the second week of September in which I’d ordered the dress for. However this week came and passed and there was still not dispatch email. I then double checked the website in order to get contact information, when I saw that they had changed the dispatch date to something around the 10/09/4. This was obviously too late for my holiday but I was also disgusted that in a situation like that, I wasn’t contacted to tell me. I have now seen they are claiming to have alerted people of this delay on social media which did not happen and if for any reason it did, it was certainly not obvious enough for the people that had pre ordered due to the amount of complaints. At this point I tried to get in contact with aria cove, this was at the end of August. I tried to live chat, in which I left open for an entire work day awaiting a response that didn’t come. It does say on the live chat that you will get an email response if they do not get back to you, which I did not receive. I then tried emailing on the 30/08/24, I still have not received. I have also tried sending them a DM on Instagram and also resorted to commenting on posts to get some sort of response. All have not been responded to. These are the three methods of contact as stated on their website and also their Instagram page and yet no response. I then finally received the order around the 20/09/24 so around 4 weeks late and 3 weeks after I had tried to make contact with them to cancel the order. I instantly went to return the item in which I had to submit a request. I sent this request on the 20/09/24 and as of 8pm on the 24/09/24 this still hasn’t been accepted or responded to!! I have left a note in the parcel as there was nowhere to state online that I demand a full refund including all delivery costs but this has yet to be seen due to not receiving the delivery address as my return has not been accepted. I hate to be the person to write a review like this as it’s not like me and I have also worked on an industry judged heavily on reviews for most my adult life but I am so fed up of not having any contact back, also at this point would just like a refund. Had it been explained in the first place I’d of happily taken the refund and found another outfit for holiday. I have also given them so many chances to rectify the situation and I can’t get a response. Absolutely disgusting customer service and despite the lovely looking clothes, nothing could ever convince me to order from them again.

Ordered the ‘Elle’ dress on pre order…

Ordered the ‘Elle’ dress on pre order back in July and was suppose to be sent out week of the 26th August. Went past this date and had no update from the company so emailed them myself to have the response ‘ this is now being sent out week of 10th September ‘ I then emailed back to ask if I could cancel this as it would go past the date I wanted it for and got no reply to any email i sent to them since then ! Only now received the item and trying to return it and now the returns portal is taking ages to accept the return! They just want your money avoid at all cost!!!!!

No responses

I purchased an item on 6th August and although it was delivered with speedy delivery and a nice personalised note the customer service since then has been awful. I have been trying to get a solution for over a month to the point where I can’t use their return system as it is way past the deadline and no one is responding to my emails on how to return it. I have sent them multiple emails over the weeks and had no response. I have also tried to get in touch with them via the online chat which is suppose to be available from 9am to 10pm which doesn’t work. Their credit note system is ridiculous as the majority of their website is in the sale anyway or sold out in all sizes so you are pretty much guaranteed to not be able to get a refund. They just stick to the fact sale items are not returnable as stated not very clearly on the website, but don’t stick to their 48 hour response time.

Wouldn’t recommend.

Order not received

I ordered the “Elle dress” on the 28th of July for pre order due to be dispatched 26th of Aug. The dress was not dispatched on this date. After a few days I sent a chaser email - no response. Sent another chaser email - no response. Contacted them via Instagram on 5th sept and got a response. Told me there a “delay” with shipping and can be expected to be shipped at the end of the next again week (today sept 14th) contacted them again and awaiting response. Their customer service is shocking and I would not recommend purchasing off this site as you will most likely not receive your items. I have read prior reviews and really wish I read them before ordering.

Elle dress 26/08/2024- ongoing issue!

Ordered the ‘Elle’ dress on 26/08/2024 which said it was being shipped w/c 26th. Politely emailed them a week later as I had no update regarding it being shipped- no response. A week after that I emailed them as I noticed the shipping date changed to w/c 9th sept on their website so I wanted to check if this would effect my order (as still no response to my emails) - no response. Decided to reach out to them on instagram- no response. Ordered this dress for my birthday which is on 20th September and it’s not looking hopeful that it is going to be here. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service but judging by the other recent 1 star reviews it seems everyone is in the same boat. Shame as I’ve ordered from here before but this is completely off putting.

No tracking or responses from customer service

I ordered the ELLE dress on 23rd August on pre order. The pre order was supposed to ship from 30th August. I did not recieve any tracking so I checked the site and saw the date had been changed to 10th September shipping for that date but unsure if that affects my order. I have sent multiple emails and messaged their online chat service and recieved no responses. Still No update on tracking or when I can expect this no and we are now nearly approaching 1 month.

AVOID!!!

I am trying to return a sale item for a credit note, I’m having problems with the portal trying to create the return. I have sent them three emails over the last 2 weeks and had no response. I have also tried to get in touch with them via the online chat service which is suppose to be available from 9am to 10pm which I’ve had no response from either. The coat I am trying to return looks nothing like the model image, the quality of it is so poor. I am now stuck with a coat I will not wear and don’t know any other way of how I can get in touch with them.

Pre order never received

Pre ordered a dress with a specific shipping date. 10 days later for this date and my parcel was still not sent. I tried to contact the company on multiple social media account along with email and they ignore you. Wish I had read the other reviews before ordering

Ordered a dress nearly four weeks ago. I had no follow up email to say the dress was shipped. I emailed for follow ups but no reply. When I contacted them via Instagram, it took a whole week of going back and forth to receive a solution. I'm still waiting for a tracking number and my parcel to arrive.

**EDIT** - DESPITE THE RESPONSE BELOW THEY HAVE FAILED, YET AGAIN TO REPLY TO MY EMAIL AND I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED A REFUND. HORRIBLE SCAMMERS!!!

Avoid this shocking company at all costs! Returned my order as it turned up faulty, but still no return of my money 3 months on. Sent numerous emails but you just get ignored as they don't seem to like giving people their hard earnt money back. Scammers.

After reading the reviews I was hesitant to order however I did and can only say great things. My items came the next day and I didn't even purchase next day delivery. The quality of my dresses were amazing and I kept 2 but returned 1 as it was slightly too big. I even had a follow up email from the company asking how my experience was!
