This company is a scam!!!! DO NOT GIVE THEM ONE PENNY OF YOUR MONEY!!!

I ordered flowers on April 19th. Followed tracking. No further info on tracking as of 5/17! States the flowers were in Asheville. I reached out multiple times by email with no response. Just contacted my credit card company and put in dispute. This company is a SCAM! Do not purchase anything from them!!

I have placed two orders for flowers and have not received them. It has been TWO months. The customer service keeps saying “check shipping logistics” over and over again. Must be autogenerated. At this point I’m assuming I am not getting them. DO NOT BUY!

Ordered and charged 4/19. Never received and told no refund.

After a month waiting for my Artificial Flowers I was notified my shipment was lost. All communications from them have stopped. Total scam of a company. I have learned, never again will I order off of these reels.

Same story as others. Tracking number sent. Stops updating. No flowers

I’d like to give this company a negative number. I ordered from this company 6 weeks ago. They took my money and every time i emailed them about my order I was given the excuse it’s in transit or my order was lost. I will never order from this company and will go out of my way to make sure everyone I know does not place any order from them as they’re just throwing their hard earned money away.

I ordered the “Mother’s Day Flowers 5/9/25-still no package. Their tracking system doesn’t work. When I email them they say they are having issues because of Trumps Tariffs. If they know this, why are they still selling products they know they can’t deliver?

Placed my order for artificial flowers on 4/12/25. A tracking number was sent to me, however no progress as of 5/11/25. It shows it has been in Fredrickton since May 11th with no update. I have emailed them several times however no action has been taken or progress on the package. I have put in a complaint through PAYPAL and requested a full refund.

Ordered on 4/28/25. My tracking was coming from Italy. Since 5/24/25 my package has been in limbo. Company just keeps responding with "please be patient...."
Scam. I know better than to order from random sites.

Placed my order on 4.12.25, still nothing received! I’ve been in touch with their customer service asking for a refund. They said they reordered from a different shipping location and I should receive them soon. I asked for the new tracking number- they responded they don’t have it yet. Just asked about the process to get my money returned. We’ll see what they say to that. I do not have confidence I’ll be getting my money returned or the product- DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

I apparently got scammed too. Video showed a couple from Texas were the sellers. Nope. Tracking showed the flowers came from Belgium and tracking stopped once in the US. Arisefrom keeps says they are requesting updated tracking from their carrier. All a scam. Nothing shipped. It has been 6 weeks! I am livid.

UPDATED: within 24 hours of emailing customer service and disputing the claim with my bank, my package showed up on my doorstep. Then less then 24 hrs after that, I had a $150 fraudulent charge try to go through. Coincidence? Idk. My bank is disputing the $20 overcharge still. So even though I did eventually get my package, there’s still some shady business going on here.

I ordered over a month ago and still haven’t received my order. Finally emailed customer service today and was given the same excuses I’ve read here, they’re expediting my shipping and it’s all Trump’s fault bc of tariffs. Just noticing today that they also overcharged me by over $20, so I’ll be disputing with my bank tomorrow. Can anyone confirm what the name of the company was that charged your account? Bc mine doesn’t say Arise. It’s a bunch of letters and numbers.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. This must be a scam. I ordered from this nice website claiming they are a sweet family from Texas, after seeing a video on facebook of a pretty southern lady showing off her lifelike fake flowers. Well, I ordered April 11, 2025, and it's now May 28th and I still have not received my items. "Tracking" shows that it left Iceland and there has been no movement since May 9th. I have reached out multiple times only to be told they are sorry, they have reached out to shipping...blah, blah, blah. I have asked for a refund multiple times and never get an offer to refund. I filed a report with the Better Business Bureau. Thankfully, I'm only out $28, but it's the principle. I will keep complaining and sending them emails. Although I doubt a real person is seeing them. The response is always the same 2 or 3 "word-for-word" responses. Auto-generated I'm sure. BEWARE of this so-called company and it's pretty web page and cute southern lady showing off her pretty fake flowers. I call SCAM!

I ordered flowers on April 12, 2025. Mine were supposedly coming from Spain. 😂. It is now the 27th of May. And I have still not received them. Last tracking update was May 7 when they supposedly departed a shipping facility in the USA. I suggest everyone who was scammed to report them to the Better Business Bureau, and the Federal Trade Commission. I already have. Update: I just received the flowers. After trying to get my money back from pay pal. And contacting the bbb and the federal trade commission. Then they got on the ball about it. Also they are not a family from Texas. They are scammers from Bangkok China.

I took, am a victim of this company. Ordered flowers 4/12. It says they come from Italy. Updates stopped 5/11 in Billings, MT. I have contacted them multiple times, but they refuse to refund or resend

Would give a negative if I could. Been giving me the run around since beginning of April. Still not received items. Arrived in US 10 days ago but hasn't moved. Along with not getting my items, they overcharged me. Do not order from them.

sizes are very small ( I am a small ) so disappointing never would i recommend their products

Please DO NOT ORDER from this company. It is a complete scam. I ordered flowers over 6 weeks ago and as of May 12, no tracking update. The customer service department is useless and will not refund my money, even though they charged me shipping insurance. Do yourself a favor and do not waste your money!!
