I ordered an item in November 2025. I should have read the reviews beforehand.
My parcel never arrived. Website and parcel tracker looks very professional. I was permanently fobbed off by their emails. It’s obviously a SCAM…one of life’s lessons.

Would give 0zero if I could. 8weeks waiting for an order that was supposed to take 5-7days. Nothing but bullshit excuses and fake tracking numbers. Definitely a scam company avoid like the plague.

Ordered a valentine flower card on Jan 9th. It arrived on the 4th April. Very poor quality and after travelling from the US to Belfast and then to the mainland it was bent and battered. Tracking information showed it out for delivery in the UK on 2nd Feb. 61 days to arrive once in the UK.
At least my wife thought it was funny!

Another 3 weeks have passed since my last reminder to this company they have not delivered my order which was originally placed 3 months ago. Poor show Avoid purchasing because they simply take your money and don’t deliver and send platitudes. Avoid !

Ordered their 'valentines' flower card. It never arrived (whatever they sent was lost in transit). They promised to send a replacement. Nothing has arrived (not even an email!).

Order a bouquet card in january for feburary. Still not arrived as of the 12 of march.
The transit/transport site that tells you where the package is, is obviously bogus as apparently my package has been in cardiff since the 21st of feb. And the replies i get just say we wont refund you as youve not received the item. Well what am i supoosed to do then
Low life scam artists not worth the oxygen they breath. Do not buy from here.

My order was placed on the 12th of January for two 2-in-1 Gift & Décor for Every Moment🌸3D Flower Bouquet Pop Up Cards. Tracking supposedly showed my goods were with Irish Customs on 27th January, cleared Customs on the 30th and 8 days later arrived at some random address in Roscommon!!! There, it is "in transit in the country of Ireland".
I have contacted the company by email and been told on two separate occasions that they are resending my goods. I did NOT receive new Tracking Numbers. They then told me that they were on holidays for 5 days and that is the last I have heard from them. I have asked for a refund.

Same as everybody else, ordered package on line Early Jan26, good tracking although Slow. package was tracked to UK in early Feb26, then nothing!
Company just keeps coming back with excuses..
STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!

Ordered on 12/01/2026 and have still not received anything by 02/03/2026, support is non existent when contacted.

This company are scam merchants. They string you along naming their logistics company, tracking hub .com (also scam merchants).
I got my money back through chargeback by my bank. Confirmation arrived by letter today of the banks refund.
I sent the following email to inpoetryme (the scammers) which I’m hoping will confuse the sh1t out of them! I’m referring to the confirmation letter from my bank; I’m hoping that they will think I’ve actually received what I ordered from them and not understand how that was possible 😂🤣😂
Hi Shawn, The package arrived today and it was just what I wanted and totally worth the £15.60 I paid.
It just goes to show that patience pays off in the long term.

45 days it has been since i placed my order and still waiting. Note that their website states "shipping time：7-15days"

Support are less than useless. Their advice is "Please don’t worry about it, it will get to you" despite confirming they haven't heard from the shipping company in 2 weeks.

I'll keep waiting till my imaginary cows come home.
Do not order from here.

Card took 7 weeks to deliver and late. I wanted a refund because I no longer needed the card and they refused to give my money back. On top of this I had to send emails back and forth which ended up just getting the same emails sent back to me. The card finally arrived damaged and they claimed that it was not damaged and I can “just flatten it”. For the price of the product it’s a complete rip off

Ordered a valentine's card start of January. There was tracking, but it got lost, went to the wrong address and it never arrived, took me many attempts to get a refund.

And their auto replies had sign off like "have a nice life"

Annoyed I'm wasting my time to write this review in all honesty.

It's been 40 days since my order was placed and I still don't have any update other than "in transit". Appreciate it is coming from overseas, but it arrived in UK three weeks ago. Support team is unwilling to cancel/refund the product.

Ordered from them on 12 Jan, arrived in the UK in early February after daily courier updates. Then it all stopped. Has been sitting in a warehouse in Cardiff since 9 Feb. It's now 23 Feb and no progress. Customer support is virtually non existent. Don't use this company.

I’ve placed multiple orders, including two on 16 January, and haven’t received any of them and this is 23rd Feb. No proper updates and no resolution so far. Very disappointing experience. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here.

Wish I could give it zero stars. I suspect this is a scam website that just takes your money, gives you fake tracking / shipping information. Wish I checked trust pilot before ordering

I ordered a Valentine's Day flower bouquet pop-up card from this company after seeing it advertised on Facebook... this was 16th January 2026. I had no idea company was based in US... paid approx £16.
Tracking seemed to be relatively good at first however come 13th February 2026 and no sign of product the last tracking information I received ssid it was in Cardiff.
This was 9 days ago now and tracking updates have ceased.

I contacted support@inpoeteyme once on 12th warning them that I would require a refund if it didn't arrive by 14th however they just asked me to be patient.
Now 9 days later and still no card and the company is fobbing me off by saying please be patient and wait to see the product before making up my mind (even though Valentine's Day has come and gone).
Absolute SCAM as far as I can tell.

Ordered a Valentines card off them January 13th, Its currently February 22nd and this is the email they sent to me in response to me asking why it got to Manchester at the beginning of the month and is still not with me to this date.

The system might take a few days to update the tracking status.
Please wait patiently. It will be updated soon.
