It’s a scam. Fake tracking info. Weird emails.

Ordered a cool looking pop up Valentines card for my girlfriend over a month ago. It’s now Valentine’s Day and it’s not arrived. Had a million emails telling me it was going through various customs checks and was at sorting hubs etc but the tracking hasn’t updated for over a week now and they aren’t replying to emails. Absolute waste of time and money. Steer well clear!

Shocking ! 1 month it’s taken to even make it to the UK ??! Then told you just have to wait for it ? Really ? Avoid this company unless you want to be disappointed or a disappointed partner.

Only rating as 1 star because I’m not able to put zero. They advertise a great looking product but despite ordering nearly a month ago (and at a steep price) it has not arrived in time. Have contacted the company but not holding my breath for a response!

Item ordered in good time but didn't arrive for Valentines day, company didn't offer any actual.help when contacted, dispatched replacement without asking and then refused refund because replacement had been dispatched. Pretty poor all round.

I normally research beforehand to see if a company has good reviews before ordering, but I failed to in this case.
It's the same story as the other reviews - I became suspicious when the tracking link showed it had arrived in Oxford, UK, and displayed a US postal code for Oxford, NC, USA.
I ordered a Valentine's Day card on 10th January, and there is no sign of it ever arriving.
The payment went to Larryhot with a Chinese phone number as contact, so it seems I have been scammed.
I have requested refund through PayPal, and they're normally quite good so hopefully I'll get my money back.

First they overcharged me so I cancelled the order - then they refunded the overcharge and refused to cancel the order since it had already shipped - it took a week to get confirmation of shipping - which of course is rubbish anyway. A month later, it has not arrived of course. I am thinking of going over just to get a pound of flesh. I don't like thieves.

Scam, stay away. No delivery. Over a month now and a fake tracking service. STAY AWAY

If I could give less than one star I would. Definitely scammers - no such address in the USA for starters. Contact link on website doesn't work etc.etc. You know the score.

A scam.

The tracking information supplied is not genuine and when questioned they promise to ship another item to you ASAP. This is an effort to wait down the timer on your PayPal resolution or return charge from your bank.

Always cross check tracking information with a third party such as parcelsapp.com which can verify if the information is genuine or not.

PayPal instantly supported my claim and refunded me immediately when I raised concerns, which should tell you everything you need to know.

Money claimed back via bank.

Charged more on card than original purchase price.

Ordered Grandchildrens Valentines Day cards on 9th January, arrived UK 29th January and still not delivered- and one has to go to Dubai.
100% unimpressed.
Disgraceful.

A star rating of 1.2 is surprisingly higher than i expected (probably got a few friends to add a couple of reviews to try and raise the score). If this company isn't a scam then I would be more surprised than Birmingham City winning the premier league. If it isn't a scam then good old Erin and Shawn need to review their business model as it is crap ( but at least that mirrors the quality of the products they sell)

Ordered a popup card on 11 Jan for valentines. Today is 7 Feb - they used some fake tracking website called tracking-hub.com (check their reviews) who generated bunch of bullshit updates saying parcel is travelling around the world - obv no sign of the postcard at my address. AVOID, these guys are scammers, no legitimate business will use fake shipping site tracking-hub.com!
Lucky if you paid with a credit card or PayPal - claim your money back immediately.
UPDATE - it's very difficult to find the transactions because they charge different amount (more) in my bank's currency (so it's not a commission); it's impossible to reconcile, fraudsters! Transaction on the bank statement doesn't say anything like Inpoetryme, nor order number matches the reference, and it comes from HONG KONG under name Frostalshop

The whole thing felt really scammy.
When my order hadn’t appeared after weeks of waiting I was fobbed off with very weak and vague reasons. It then took a little bit of badgering on my end to be refunded. I would avoid.

Horrible, cheap, synthetic materials used on my poster. I would never have bought it knowing it was not paper.
Bought as a fun present, fit only for the trash .
Complete waste of money
