Ordered from them on 12 Jan, arrived in the UK in early February after daily courier updates. Then it all stopped. Has been sitting in a warehouse in Cardiff since 9 Feb. It's now 23 Feb and no progress. Customer support is virtually non existent. Don't use this company.

I’ve placed multiple orders, including two on 16 January, and haven’t received any of them and this is 23rd Feb. No proper updates and no resolution so far. Very disappointing experience. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here.

Wish I could give it zero stars. I suspect this is a scam website that just takes your money, gives you fake tracking / shipping information. Wish I checked trust pilot before ordering

I ordered a Valentine's Day flower bouquet pop-up card from this company after seeing it advertised on Facebook... this was 16th January 2026. I had no idea company was based in US... paid approx £16.
Tracking seemed to be relatively good at first however come 13th February 2026 and no sign of product the last tracking information I received ssid it was in Cardiff.
This was 9 days ago now and tracking updates have ceased.

I contacted support@inpoeteyme once on 12th warning them that I would require a refund if it didn't arrive by 14th however they just asked me to be patient.
Now 9 days later and still no card and the company is fobbing me off by saying please be patient and wait to see the product before making up my mind (even though Valentine's Day has come and gone).
Absolute SCAM as far as I can tell.

Ordered a Valentines card off them January 13th, Its currently February 22nd and this is the email they sent to me in response to me asking why it got to Manchester at the beginning of the month and is still not with me to this date.

Product ordered a month before it was needed. 5 weeks after, they send nice emails asking for patience, but they do not want to reimburse.
Likely it is a scam.

I have been waiting for this order for almost 3 weeks. Whilst I appreciate that it is coming from overseas, this item shows as being in the UK for 2 weeks now and apparently out for delivery. I know some couriers can be slow but 2 weeks to deliver an item!!! Customer support is next to useless and offers nothing by way of reassurance. Terrible 'service' and I haven't even seen the product to rate it!!!
I would NOT use this company again.

I ordered a crafted Valentine's Card on 09 January '26. The order value was £10.98, but I was charged £13.73.

Today is 19 Feb '24 - and the card has still not arrived (41 days after ordering it).

They're refusing to cancel the order and issue a refund. The support team are skirting around the issue and keep telling me to wait for delivery - even though I've told them it's too late (er.. Valentine's Day was 5 days ago!).

Scam, order a Valentine’s Day card 5 weeks in advance and it didn’t arrive. When asked for refund multiple times, a reply was sent to me by their customer support team, which I believe is a chat bot as the replys didn’t make a lot of sense to what I’ve asked in my previous email and kept ignoring my refund request!!!

item never arrived, i suspect false tracking was provided as the code only worked on their link and no other reputable tracking sites

40 days still no order, reached out multiple times to be ignored, and when they do eventually respond they don’t answer any of your questions they just give you a whole lot of nothing, no help at all. I ordered on the 8th of jan, was told to expect 4 week delivery so I ordered then for Valentine’s Day, it’s now 17th of Feb and still no sign. Delivery hasn’t been updated since the 2nd of Feb

I wish I had checked TrustPilot before ordering from this company. Ordered a card in early January 2026 and mid-February it still hasn't arrived after my emailing the company numerous times. How can Meta allow this company to post in Reels when they act like a scam? Update 19 Feb - after receiving a number of emails saying my card was enroute from the US and it being near Manchester UK the last email said it was being sent from China. It arrived today! Would I have received what I paid for if it wasn’t for my persistence?

Ordered a card on Jan 9th for valentines day. Never arrived. Emaied the company for an update... reply says they are "on holiday" ( presumably somewhere nice with all the scammed money) . Tracking says its been in Belfast for the last 7 days !!! Dont believe a word of it. AVOID.

Absolutely disgusted with this website and the people running it. I ordered A Card and it took over a month to arrive in the UK and the just sat in Birmingham for 5 days until I'd had enough and asked for my money back. To then be told wait! What a joke! Absolute scam, And it still hasn't arrived and doubt it ever will. Please do not part with any money on their site
