Haven't received the item I paid for.

Do not buy anything!!!

It is a scam and fraud I ordered from there and never received anything, it has been more than 15 days now, what a shame!!!

Ordered some vinyl wall stickers. Took an age to arrive then arrived loose in a plastic envelop not even with a piece of card to keep them flat. They were trashed naturally. Cheap products. Cheap service.

I order a flower pop-up card on Sunday 11 Jan, timely so it would arrive by 19 Jan which is my wife's birthday. Here we are on 17th and, according to their tracking, the card still is in Casper, 82605, United States... in transit in United States. PRETTY USELESS (even for customers inside the US).

I paid in Pound Sterling and the postage time was stated as "Standard shipping", so it was reasonable to expect 2nd Class Royal Mail delivery as I assumed to be dealing with a UK company. At the time of purchase there was no warning that delivery would be from the US or how long that would take.

Today, tucked away in their website, I found the following ambiguity: "Delivery time：2-7 days，shipping time：7-15 days".

What a load of rubbish, don't trust them, that's all .. don't waste your time or money

Same as all other reviews. Plenty of tracking updates, but no sign of order. When chased by email standard shipping update excuse given. Rip-off. Avoid.

I ordered the highland cow key holder and it did come but was absolutely nothing like the video or advert it was a piece of balsa wood with a picture of them and it was not packaged hardly and was broken as well when it came , after communicating with them they practically ignored me and gave me no way to get my money back

The info on the company is a family run business in San Francisco! I wouldn't want anything to do with that family they are total con artists and if they got kids they should be took away !

Bought a card game having failed to check reviews prior to buying!

It’s not great quality, with lots of spelling errors etc.

But, unlike a lot of reviews on here, it did arrive. It’s just poor quality.

Do not purchase from this company, they do not deliver the goods, send tracking number which does not exist. They need to be stopped from advertising on Facebook.

Buyer beware. I bought from them using PayPal for one price then the bill was poster for more despite my emailing them immediately and canceling. They quit corresponding but continued to send updates on transit. It’s been 8 weeks and I still am receiving transit updates and PayPal reimbursed me. This company is shit scam liars Do not buy from them.

Not only is the item clearly made horrendously cheaply, it broke immediately and started flashing unable to turn it off, the wire also heated up concerningly.

Contacting the company to arrange a return and so far they've offered me £2 for an item that cost cost £20.

Editing to add. Despite explaining my rights to return the item for full refund, the response is to now offer me £4. Incredibly unprofessional and clearly a fraudulent company. Now seeking dispute via PayPal.

Disgraceful

I ordered a novelty calendar from Inpoetryme back in early November, giving, I thought, ample time to be delivered by Christmas. It is now nearly 2026 and no goods have been delivered, when I email their ‘customer service’ all I got back was some waffle about the shipping agent has not updated the system. The email is clearly written by someone who doesn’t have English as a first language. Inpoetryme are definitely scammers, avoid at all costs.

After weeks of emailing to find out where my items were (tracking had them sitting in Cardiff since 4/11/25!) they arrived on 27/12/25!

Don't waste your time with this company, takes money and no goods sent, no idea where they are based but not in UK.

Delivery failure of ordered item. Was intended to be a Christmas present, ordered in good time, tracking system looks like a fiction. Left high and dry, in no position to order an alternative present for grandson. I should have checked the ratings before ordering anything. Advice: don't touch them

I'd give it zero if possible. Offered guaranteed delivery before Christmas. According to tracking it's somewhere in America (24th Dec). I suspect it's a scam. Do not buy from this company

I wish i could put 0. No package arrived, waited 3 months. Contacted them to be told there is no tracking info, so will not be arriving. I requested a refund...to then be told every single time...please wait for your package to arrive for a refund. I have had email after email over the last 2 weeks....still telling me the same thing...disgusting.
Awful customer service, same email worded in different ways. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
