I ordered 2 3D printed dragon Easter eggs that are random. They sent 2 of the same ones. They aren’t blind bags they have the same barcode number on top. They could’ve sent to different.

2 months after ordered and paid in full, company states item was delivered. No item, unable to track with the tracking number that was provided, no help from customer service, complete disgust at losing money through an unscrupulous company. DO NOT order from this company.

Got this at a decent price and honestly impressed by its smooth application and natural finish. Coverage stays intact for hours and the pencil design makes defining brows pretty easy; overall a reliable product offering both convenience and satisfying results.

Company lies showing American flag on their site but are obviously from China, gives false shipping info stating items are dispatched from New Jersey US but took over a month to arrive a distance that would take 10 hrs to drive. They sent me the wrong colour bag saying the colour was out of stock but did not inform me or ask what colour I’d like instead. Despite their website claiming they give refunds and exchanges they refused to exchange or replace the item for the colour I wanted. All they offered me was a $7 refund. When I said I wasn’t happy with that all they could say was they did their “best” to resolve the issue. Cheap product, extremely slow shipping and disgraceful customer service.

I wish I could put 0. The product I paid for expedite shipping and received it almost a month later, but paid extra to receive it. The item was supposed to have tummy tuck control and butt lift. It didn’t either. It also was see-through pants contacting customer service is almost impossible. They told me I can return the item at my expense and take pictures of the item. I will never order from them again.

Delivery took nearly three weeks which felt pretty long. Packaging looked decent enough considering the affordable price point. Product quality and design were satisfactory—not amazing—but solid for a budget-friendly makeup buy.

I ordered some gloves in the middle of Feb this year and tracking was a nightmare! They finally showed delivered on March 17th and they were never delivered. We were out front unloading my car at the time the pkg says it was delivered but we didn't get any mail that day. I've demanded a full refund from them so we'll see how that goes. I'll never use this company again!

I bought a pair of Vintage Wash Tummy Control Stretchy Top Straight Leg Jeans. I received them within 2 weeks. I am a size 12. I ordered a Large. They seemed to fit ok at first, by the end of the day they had stretched way to much. Now I'm hoping I can exchange or get refunded. We'll see............

I ordered 2 mugs in December. The mugs tracked to NC and then stopped until I received the mugs in March. 1st email sent to customer service was asking for tracking as it was sitting for over a month at that time. 2nd and 3rd email to customer service was to ask for a refund. The response I received every time was "don't worry it's on its way. I asked shipping to update tracking." When I finally did receive the mugs the wording as not even correct. Why would I get a Mug that says shut? Horrible!!!

This company is the absolute worst. First off, they overcharged me, and did not resolve that issue.

Then, after over 1.5 months, they sent a mug with incorrect wording on it, and then when I told them, they offered 2 dollars off, then 5 dollars. When I asked for a full refund or send me the correct merchandise they said I would have to ship the item back at cost to me. I cannot for the life of me understand how they can expect me to assume the financial burden due to their admitted mistake.

Both Paypal and Amex have been less than helpful as they have concluded that I need to ship the faulty merchandise at a cost that would be higher than the value of the item.

This is a fraudulent company that's unfortunately found a way to thrive with the backing of credit card companies.

This company/person is using different companies but is under the same name and is scamming buyers out of their money and paypal is not doing their due diligence and siding with their schemes.

Company uses adds from name brands and then sends cheaply made garments with no tags probably sewn up in a factory.
Bought a pair of “Judy Blue” jeans as advertised on Facebook book for $36.00 (first charged me $46.00 until I sent them an email complaining about being overcharged.
The jeans were not Judy Blues but cheaply made pair of jeans slightly resembling Judy Blue but not nearly looking like them.
DO NOT order from this company. It’s illegal stealing advertisements. They should be shut down.

I ordered 2/3 a set of 3 jeans. $29.98
week ago I was informed they were going through customs in Kilkenny Ireland.
Today 3/13 they are at Customs in Italy. BULLSHIT!!

Ordered a mug 12/21 through Instagram. Tracking issued through a scam tracking site tracking-hub.com that stopped updating "location" 1/19. Inquired as to status on 2/3 and on same day was told a replacement would be shipped, no tracking was ever issued. 2/21 sent another email requesting update, no response. Filed a claim with PayPal 2/21 and 2 days later seller replied that they would reship, two days after that 2/23 seller replied again with tracking on a different scam tracking site 17track.net. 2 1/2 weeks later still no mug. Original purchase confirmation came from AriseFrom, PayPal account is DefvxIN Co.Ltd

COMPLETE AND UTTER SCAM!!!!! Placed my order over a mth ago and still nothing!! I sent an email and got one back saying they were on vacation. I now get random updates thanking me for waiting patiently. NEVER AGAIN 😡😡😡

I placed an order on December 8, 2024 for some stocking stuffers. They never came and the tracking stopped at "arriving late" on December 30, 2024. I asked them directly for a refund and they said please be patient it will arrive. I asked them to send me proof it was still in the way, and all they continued to say was please be patient.

I filed a claim with PayPal mid to late January. My tracking never updated, but because they were able to provide some kind of tracking info, PayPal denied the claim. I clicked on the tracking again today as I received the denial claim (a full 3 months later) and magically, it says it was delivered 9n December 28th, but then still en route on December 29th, and a few other statuses on the 29th and 30th. The tracking map shows the package in Crested Butte, CO. I trust PayPal much less now and will have to move onto my bank.

This transaction also logs as "Devfn.co" or something on PayPal. They seem to have 17Track in their pockets maybe? Just avoid to save your money. I can't even tell you what the products were like because they never showed up.
