Procuring insurance policies is not my favourite activity. That said, I had a very efficient and easy experience procuring my landlord insurance through Arkel.

Excellent service for Unoccupied House Insurance. It is a slightly tricky insurance need. Nick couldn't have been more helpful and gave me lots of information. While taking out insurance on the phone always takes time, it was soon dealt with. Would I use them again? Yes

My experience was good but it was difficult to get through to the right person as the answer service to the various departments did not respond to the second button it just cut me off.

Vee was able to engage with me, as a customer who was concerned that their insurance premiums were rising by over 40% and was intent on making this known to CETA before taking their business elsewhere.
