We recently had the pleasure of working with Darren Kitchenside from Propertymark for a compliance audit. The audit was conducted with utmost professionalism, and the level of detail in the report provided was outstanding. Darren was thorough, knowledgeable, and offered clear, actionable guidance that has been invaluable in helping us address and rectify the non-compliant areas within our operations. The insights and recommendations have set us on the right path towards full compliance. The entire process was handled with a high degree of expertise and care, making what could have been a stressful experience quite smooth and informative.

the initial email received from Propertymark was quiet strong however the follow up email from Darren did put my mind at ease. sent him all the documents before the visit therefore the meeting was very swift. very friendly, full of knowledge and experience and overall a lovely person to speak to

Rafael came to our business on behalf of the property mark audit for the company. This was the first time our company has done anything like this and it really was a good experience.
We didn’t rate perfect on this round but I now have the information I need to be able to ensure we get top marks on the next audit.
The whole process was really interesting and informative.
Been a member of property mark gives great credibility for our company and it’s definitely a needed service to ensure all agents are dining from the same page and giving a fair and ethical service as an industry. In my eyes ALL agents should be registered and regulated.
