Don't do it. Simple

I contacted asking to return was told to return to China for £43 for a £24 outfit that was shocking. How is this company not closed down. No where on their site does it state that about returns. Con

Disgusting company that ships products from China, not the UK! Quality below any acceptable standard and massive issues with getting the money back! They should be banned from operating in the UK. Avoid!

I purchased some dresses from this store. They took a while to arrive as they are shipped in from overseas.
All dresses were absolutely beautiful and high quality. I needed to return a few items due to size. I must say the communication on emails were 100% returned in my inbox and they couldn’t have been more helpful! My items have now been exchanged and on their way!
Excellent service and I would definitely use them again.

I wish I’d read the reviews before ordering two dresses for a family wedding.
Despite the company advertising on its website that it is based in the UK with offices in Covent Garden, the company is a scam. I did a cursory check of their details before ordering, but I really should have checked reviews!
The dresses took over three weeks to arrive with a rather dodgy (pay-for app) tracking given as the way to track them.
When they arrived, they were honestly a joke, garishly almost comically bright colours, with huge stuck on flowers, no hems, just raw cut edges. A child’s fancy dress costume from Tescos is better quality.
I contacted the company immediately after receiving them, and was given the same information that everyone says on here, return them to an address in China or accept a 20% refund. I paid over £130 for the two dresses. I am now asking my Bank to get involved, thank goodness I bought the dresses on a credit card, otherwise I would have lost this money to a scam company in China.

Only giving 1 star as I cant give 0. Sizing is all wrong and they make you post back to China which can cost up to £47 they know this and have used a fake uk adress on the website to make you think you can post back to uk. Rubbish customer service and rude.
Also delivery takes longer then it states on the website as it has to come from china.

This company are a scam. The blouse wasn't true to the picture, it appeared to have button holes when in fact the buttons were stitched on. It said the fabric was soft and it was scratchy polyester. Worse, when I tried to return it I was told you can have 20% refunded or return it to China at your own expense. I will report them to the relevant government body but must admit I wish I'd read the reviews first.

Dress arrived whilst we were on holiday due to delay past the delivery times quoted on their website. I asked the postman to return to sender to avoid risk of theft while we were away. The company claim they don’t have the dress back and have kept my money. Nothing on their website states this is cannot be done. And same would have happened if postman had no access to deliver. They are fully aware I haven’t had the item and are refusing a refund claiming it is my fault the item is ‘lost’ and will end up in land fill. This has been going on for 2 months now. Avoid at all costs

Genuinely the worst experience. Item quality is a joke and not at all what’s pictured. AVIOD THIS SCAM!! Waste of money and has no worth. On top of that you have to battle with them for a refund and pay for international shipping yourself. Disgusting.

Item was no good to then find out the return address is China which would have cost almost the same price as dress.
I understand I the customer to pay but it should be in clear print.
Very mid leading.
Dress was 34.99 for probably 10 SHEIN or Temu dress.
Which is fine I shop here all the time don't pay ridiculous prices and easy returns.
They should be ashamed of there selves.

Dresses arrived and looked a completely different colour to the website! Tried to contact customer services for the return address and 3 weeks later I’m still waiting for a reply!

Avoid at all costs. Absolutely disgusting. I ordered a dress which when it came was poor quality and like something worn in a pantomime. I contacted the company to return and they offered a 25% refund and did not supply the return address. I contacted them again asking for the return address and they said it was confidential and then offered 30% refund. Situation not yet resolved and I am confident it won’t be. They are charging for poor quality items and have no intention of any refunds. I suggest shopping with a more reputable company

Before purchase I checked this was a UK based business as I was ordering swimwear. I was unsure of the fit and being able to return easily for a refund if unsuitable was my biggest concern. As an address in London was shown I placed my order for two different sizes. However, when I tried to return one of the swimsuits it turned out the returns need to be sent to the warehouse in China. I queried this (at length) with the company as my order had been dispatched from a warehouse in London, which could plainly be seen on the Royal Mail postage label. They refused to accept a return to either of their UK addresses but instead offered me a partial refund if I kept the unsuitable item. After two weeks of arguing and pointing out all the misleading shortfalls on their website I eventually took the partial refund to draw this unsatisfactory experience to a close. I would not have purchased in the first place had I known their full return policy. I can't see how not having full disclosure about your returns on your website complies with selling regulations and feel very strongly this company is breaching distance selling regulations by making returns unaffordable and not making it clear to customers prior to purchase. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!

Do not buy from here, save your money. The items take much longer to arrive than stated, to the point I wasn't sure they'd turn up. They arrive looking nothing like the website images and the sizing is really inaccurate too with poor quality materials. When I contacted customers services to explain that I wanted to return them due to false advertisement, they took ages to reply to the point I had to chase them up. They then said I would have to cover the returns shipping costs (despite the items not matching their site images) and refused to create a returns label for me or refund the full cost. It would have cost over half of my order price to post the items back to them. It's obviously a scam company putting up false images and then getting people's money by refusing to refund the full cost or issue a returns label themselves. Seriously avoid.

They would get 0 stars if it was possible! Unfortunately I didn’t read the reviews so more fool me, but as the others state - it’s a scam! Awful quality and no option to get a refund! Don’t bother with this company at all. Stick with brands and website that you know!

Like all other reviewers, I was so disappointed with the dress I received. It looked nothing like the picture. The material was horrible and it was the size of a family tent!!
To be honest, realising the item was coming from China, and waiting about 3 weeks for it to arrive I didn’t hold out much hope that the return policy would be legit, but I took my chances!
There was a whole scripted reply of how they don’t usually offer partial refunds, but they would do on this occasion. I was offered 20% which would equate to about £8!!
Awful that this can happen in this day and age! Avoid, avoid, AVOID!!!

Do not order from this company.
They are not transparent with their return policy.
Packaging has UK return, however when requesting a return their policy is to return to China.
Sizing is inaccurate on footwear and poor quality.
They offer to send new items if you pay a small fee letting you keep what you have already paid for but will not give a refund unless you pay circa £16 to return the item to China. Not sure if you returned you would actually get a refund!
