DO NOT ORDER - they are not transparent with their advertising, returns policy or shipping information. Disgusting treatment - they will mislead you and then take your money. I will be reporting to trading standards. Shocking in this day and age that this is allowed to happen. They need closing down.

Terrible company. Scammers. I ordered 1 pair of sandles but they took payment for 2 and when they arrived they had sent the wrong size! I tried phoning the number given but it doesn’t work.
I emailed the customer service and got a standard response saying they would get back to me in 2/3 working days. I didn’t hear anything. Tried again and still nothing. They’ve taken the money and I have 2 useless pairs of shoes. It’s impossible to get hold of them. Don’t use this company.

We carefully read their website before ordering, everything looked ok i.e. London registered, with Covent Garden address and nowhere did it mention sourced from overseas. Only the following day after placing the order did we discover a tracking facility which mentions China, need I say more! 7 days to arrive at Chinese departure airport, still no sign of the goods as they seemed to be at a destination airport somewhere.

We had originally ordered two sizes to be sure of the fit, so asked Arlo Streetware about the likely return costs. They keep referring us to their refund policy, which we had carefully checked when ordering and it does say at customers expense (no problem there), but doesn’t mention overseas or China. Their customer service team advise us between £17-43 return costs, and they keep telling us to check the returns policy online which doesn’t help one bit. Our original order valued £39 for two pairs of ladies flip flops!! A joke or what?

Beware, the website looks good but it’s what it doesn’t tell you that’s the problem. If I wanted to buy from China I would use Temu.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS ‘COMPANY’ I brought a dress which looked so nice online, it took 5 weeks to even get here. The dress looked nothing like it did on the pictures for a start and the material was so cheap and tacky. Asked for a refund and to send it back, they then told me it would cost somewhere from £17-£43 to send it back, so offered me a 35% refund ( £8) this is 1000% a scam. Do not buy from this place!!

Hideous situation. I have just been totally scammed like the other reviews.
I am going to research how to report the website & notify the banks too.
Cheapest quality, took 3+ weeks to arrive, & pay the postage return to china. Or keep them & get 20% discount.

They kept trying to convince me to keep their shitty dress for a 20% refund. I paid for EVRI tracking to send it back to China. Item is in customs and they are trying to get ME to pay for the charge by lying and saying it is customer responsibility. I have started a dispute against them through by bank

Awful experience with this company, which is advertised as a UK company with a UK address but then requires you to ship any returns to China at your own cost. Deliberate material omissions and misrepresentations in their published policies which are unacceptable under UK consumer law. I would avoid at all costs.

Although the customer service was positive the returns process is ridiculous.

You buy a product you think is from UK, actually product comes from China. Takes well over a month to receive.

Adding insult to injury to return the product it has to be returned back to china at a cost of around £30 from where I live.

I was offered 20% refund and to keep the product but let's face it what good is that to you if it doesn't fit

DO NOT ORDER anything from these scammers!!
My dress was totally see through, asked for a refund and then the whole script started with "You need to post it to China or keep it and we'll refund you 20%"

I would give minus if possible. Ordered a dress, took over two weeks yet says they are London based (I live in London), what arrived late was terrible. Miss matched fabric nit aligned. Dodgy zip. Asked to return and low and behold they want me to pay for poor quality gifts return and send to China!

Ordered some shoes thinking the company was based in UK as stated on their website. Unfortunately this isn't the case and they are in China. Shoes took 3 weeks to arrive and too late for the holiday I needed them for. Returned from holiday to request a return and they say I have to pay for it at a cost of £17-43, more than the shoes are worth. They refuse to pay for the return and now I am left with shoes I don't need or like. I will be asking my bank to obtain a chargeback. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Still waiting for my order weeks later! I asked for one of the two identical bikinis to not be sent, they offered me 20% off which is not good enough! I of course want the whole £25 refunded.

I was so excited with the dress I ordered from them , my mistake I didn’t read the reviews about the company before ordering from them, I also experienced what other buyers said they experienced with this company! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I regret not checking reviews. The quality was poor and the shoes were too small. The return cost on a £35 pair of shoes could have been up to £42. So I didn't bother and have learned a lesson.

Ordered a dress for a wedding with free shipping in UK for a wedding. The dress took over 3 weeks to arrive and is such poor quality and now I cannot locate anyone to get a response for a refund. Instead being offered a 10% credit for the store and keep the dress!

Awful quality! Dress was wrong colour and just awful in every way. Offered me a 20% refund, I asked them to pay the return costs instead, but they didn’t acknowledge that. Got a reply in English once and then a whole reply from someone else in German!
Still waiting for an actual return address as would rather pay return postage to China and get refunded than accepted their poor quality items and “customer service”! They still try to make you feel bad about doing returns with a whole load of “safer for the environment” to keep the item, while they mass produce cheap crap in China with awful materials a cheap labour! Terrible company in every way. DO NOT USE!

The dungarees I ordered from Arlo Streetwear are of poor quality and were way too long so I wanted to return them.
I was told by Arlo Streetwear that the return address is located in China (not apparent on their website but not illegal either) and the return shipping costs typically range from £17 to £43. As per their policy, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Avoid unless you are absolutely sure you will keep the item!
