This whole experience has been a nightmare. Way too long to receive a product ordered, than when it doesn’t fit even longer to return it and get my money back. Which I was just informed I now have to wait 5-10 to get my money back!!!! Very disappointing

I received shoes that didn't fit…

I received shoes that didn't fit Started the return process, Took photo of the bottom of the shoes and sent with QR code. No acknowledgment, no further action. Sent a separate mail saying I'd pay postage for return, and send me the address to mail to No response. I'm concerned the30 day return policy will expire before I'm able to return them and I'll be out the $77

Noticeably more balanced

While lite weight the material soon compressed and wore down on one side .

Waited 30 days to receive the sneakers

Waited 30 days to receive the sneakers. Their sales pitch is the shoes are sent within 3 days but it could take 20 days to receive. I waited 30! Company refused to refund my money. They kept saying they were in transit and made every excuse to explain why it was taking so long. SO FRUSTING! Now that I have them, I don't believe they are worth the money I spent. They squeak terribly but they look nice. I've only had them 2 days so not sure if the quality is good. I'll have to review again if necessary.
FOLLOW UP: Armadilo offered a partial refund due to the delivery service issues. Still doesnt change the fact that it was horrible and I will not use this company again. I'll shop local. Thanks Armadilo for the $27 and all the frustrations.

Bad customer service

I placed a order on February 11. Order #was 161721 . The order did not arrive till about march 11th or 12th. They sent the wrong size. I ordered a 11 they sent a 10. I can't wear them they are to small. I emailed the company told them about it and they said the order was a ble to be returned, then said the return was denied per company policy, so I am not happy. This is the worst company to deL with. Do not order from the company at all. The customer service is the worst ever.

The shoes are just ok

The shoes are just ok. Insert is very thin and had to replace with higher quality insert. Took 6 weeks to receive my shoes. Size was too large, not true to US sizes. I didn’t even try to return for replacement size due to long deliver delay. Would never purchase again. On the good side, customer service was always responsive and sorry for the delay, hassle and inconvenience.

No Support - no Customer service

Ordered the shoes, ads say they can be returned but when you attempt to return they ignore you. I did not like the support that they gave. Felt like only parts of the sole were actually giving support.

Shoes were too small & wasn’t made very well. Waiting for information to send them back to get my money back! Paid $2.95 to get shoes quicker & if didn’t like, they would pay for me to send back! Really bad customer service

Shoes took 2 months to arrive and did not fit. Have asked repeatedly for mailing label to return them (I paid for free returns) and STILL have not had any response from this company. I feel like they will goof around until return time is up then say I can’t return them. I am VERY angry about this!

Not to size, hurt my feet

First, it took more than a month for the shoes to arrive.

2nd, my shoes arrived 2 days ago, but it was raining, so I waited until today to go on a 4 mile walk. When I tried them on in the house with bare feet, they felt OK, but when I put on socks, the shoes were uncomfortably tight. They almost seem like they’re too short. After 4 miles, I couldn’t wait to get home and take them off. I will not be using them again. My feet deserve better. I feel like I just wasted $74 on shoes that I won’t wear again.

We received our orders but they do not fit

We received our orders: # 180664 and #180668 and we have contacted support but have not received a return label. The shoes are too tight and difficult for us to put on. I sent pictures of the unused shoes and reason for wanting to return them. We received an message that our communication was received and they would get back to us. Also we called the support number (3/26)and was told they would get back to us. However we still have not received an answer or the RMA or return shipping label.
We want to return them and get the refund before the 30 days are over.
