My flip flops are so comfortable

I ordered the flip flops in hopes they would be comfortable on my feet and they are! I have always worn Crocs but was much happier with these! They have lots of padding and support I will definitely be trying out more of the Armadillo line.

Shoes Stink

The shoes stink of chemicals like I can't believe. I've put them on my screened porch to try and air them out but so far they still stink.
I addition, they aren't any more comfortable for the bottoms of my feet than any other pair of sneakers I own.

Poorly made

These shoes must have come from overseas. They smelled like formaldehyde and they were made very cheap and poorly. I sent them back and I still have yet to receive my refund.

These shoes took 2 months to get. Then they arrived smelling so strong that I refuse to wear them as I don’t want my feet to smell like the shoes. Trying them on, my feet started to itch like crazy. Very very disappointing.

WELL 1st it took forever to receive my…

WELL 1st it took forever to receive my order. Wrong size so it was returned. And if my son wasn't available I probably could not have figure out how to send all the pictures that was required. I was disappointed in the shoes

I was disappointed in the shoes. I expected something different. When I tried to return them it was denied. Resubmitted the return. Then I was going to be charged. I thought returns were free. With all the hassle I've decided to keep the shoes. I would never order from this company again! I also won't recommend them.

Awful

Awful. The shoes are almost like water shoes. They are so thin. I ordered 3 pair and 1 pair of insoles. Only 1 pair came and they are too small. I’ve been waiting for a return label for a week. The other 2 pairs just came today and they are both too small and gave an awful smell.

My shoes not delivered to my house even as I received an e-mail that aid they were delivered to me. Not like I have money to lose .

Hello. I contacted you a week ago. I never received my shoes. I even got a notice that they had been delivered. They got delivered to someone else, irresponsible driver! guess I'm just out of luck and some crook is wearing my shoes! You said you were going to look into it but, I realize none of us can control what the driver did or didn't do. Thank you. It would be nice if you a least contacted the delivery people and complained. That much could happen and the delivery driver could be identified. Our main road "O" street 59th Ave is closed because they are putting in a round -about (will be closed till the end of June)and our delivery drivers are not making the effort to locate the alternative route to get here. Maybe the driver never even got here. The money for the shoes was taken out of my bank account 3/11/26. I have a number that may or not be of help.#183219. My nueropic feet are very sad!(LOL) As soon as I received the e-mail and the shoes weren't here, I contacted you. Thank you for your time.

It’s been over a month and still…

It’s been over a month and still haven’t received my order. Plus the longer I wear the original pair I ordered the more I realize the more uncomfortable they are. The toe box is not as big as they make it out to be and hurts my feet. When and if I do receive my order I believe I will be returning them.

Wrong shoes

It was my first time purchasing these shoes. Waited almost a month to get them, just to find out that one pair had the correct color but incorrect size, and the other pair was the incorrect color but correct size. Very disappointing because I have painful plantar fasciitis and was really looking forward to these shoes. Now I have to inconvenience myself and return them.

Not true women's shoes...just a generic…

Not true women's shoes...just a generic shoes with the sizes listed for both sexes. This does not make for a comfortable shoe for me. The advertised wide toe box was not as wide as the Hoka shoes I have been wearing. And I found that the shoes rubbed the sides of my feet in a couple of places that would have created a hotspot if I had worn them for much longer.

I don't know how the shoes are treating…

I don't know how the shoes are treating me. They are too small. I've been trying to get an exchange or return, but am having trouble with the process. The return asks for a picture of the souls of the shoes, but evidently, the photo I've tried to send is unacceptable to your program. Problem is, I have no idea how to change it. I have asked for help before today, but have received no reply. Is there someone who can help me with this problem? I don't want to miss the month trail.
