Good shoes bad buisness

So with all the hassle with this company I say order these shoes from a store that holds them not straight from this company. The product I feel is good . My feet are not in so much pain at the end of the day anymore,but is was a hazzel getting them to me and the membership sneeks up on you. If you get a chance to try them out I would say do it just not from this website unless you don't mind shutting off your debit card afterwards and getting a new one.

Not a good experience.

It took about 7 weeks to get my sneakers then they didn't fit plus I didn't care for the material. I returned them a while ago and still waiting for my refund. Not a good experience all around.

This is ridiculous

This is ridiculous. I have been back and forth with them to get my right size since they sent me the wrong size. They take forever to sent the item and forever to reach out and fix the problem. I would not buy from them. It is a cat and mouse customer service act. You can never get them. I have lost so far the price of the shoe, a small size sitting in front of me, and I lost 35$for a vip membership I did not ask for. Beware.

Shoe puchase and disapointment

I love my black clogs I got. They are super comfortable. I am 70 and work 5-7 days aweek. I am on my feet 8hrs a day. My feet don't hurt when I wear them. Only downside is I ordered 3 pair of the clogs and 1 pair of tennis shoes. I only got 1 pair of black clogs. The other 3 pair were marked delivered but never showed up. So this whole purchase cost me money, time and alot of frustration.

Too long to be delivered and wrong size

I didn't think I was going to receive them because it took a long time to be delivered. The first pair fit and feels good but it's not for working 8 to 12 hours on concrete. The second pair, the wrong size was sent even though I selected the option to be able send them back, I decided to bless someone with them.

Frustrated

When the shoes I ordered were over a month to arrive I cancelled the order. It took several days to receive a response. The response was sorry but your order is on the way. Now that I have received the order that I do not want I’m going to have to pay to return a package I haven’t even opened. The options for a return don’t even come close to why I’m making the return.

FAKE COMPANY

FAKE COMPANY. Sent me fake items, I emailed for OVER two months, had to file complaint with my credit card. They have items but send wrong items, not the correct number of items, sizing is way off, items are Chinese CRAP, EXTREMELY SMELLY, and they will NOT respond other than to send the same obnoxious "we're so sorry this happened to you but we refuse to send you the items you paid for because we're not a real company" email over and over for months. NOT LEGIT COMPANY.

I ordered my product three months ago and they still refused to send me a return label, and refuse to refund me for the items they never sent me. I did get another standard stock email from them, but it is completely worthless like all of the other ones. Again, FAKE COMPANY!!! My credit card company is dealing with them now I don’t have this kind of time. I have wasted literal days of my life with this company for months with ZERO progress which they clearly do on purpose!! They create generated responses so they have an argument for people’s credit card disputes!!

I bought a pair of shoes at a great…Dealing with this company seems to be a marathon instead of a sprint!

I bought a pair of shoes at a great price in my shoe size. When the shoes arrived 3-4 weeks later I opened them and was hit with a strange chemical smell that still lingers. I tried the shoes on and they did not fit. I contacted the company to return the shoes and get a refund. I followed the instructions which included taking a picture of the shoes. I was told to wait for further instructions which I have not received. Help!

I originally ordered what I thought was the Aerion sneaker…

I originally ordered the Aerion sneaker in blue and received what appears to be some kind of knock off brand that looked nothing like your ad. I requested a replacement and received yet another type of similar looking sneaker but definitely no what your website pictured. Now I have two pair of sneakers that are absolutely useless to me and I am very frustrated. Shipping took forever, fit not good!

Shipping took forever! But the product looked good when finally arrived...sadly even though I ordered a size 10 which I have worn for years, they feel more like a 9.5 so they are not comfortable to wear. Pretty bummed I waited so long and didn't get something that fit well.
