Absolute criminals avoid like the plague. Insured my i phone 17 pro max and my wifes z fold asked at start of policy if i can have just one policy daid all good. Wife lost her phone went to make claim tried wvery trick in the book to get out of paying out….. got round it by saying i had to be in posession of both phones. Scam company , ignore messages and when you ring it’s like a shock to them no proffesional answering just like aomeone in a corner shop

I signed up for Arma Karma and paid my first month’s subscription without issue. When the second month’s payment failed, I checked and confirmed there was plenty of money in my bank account – so it wasn’t a problem on my end.

I emailed them twice, but never received any reply. I then tried their “live chat,” but it’s just a basic AI system with ridiculous, limited options: things like “how much does it cost?” or “what cover do I have?” There’s no way to speak to a real person. When I selected “I want to chat,” it just told me to send an email – which I’d already done and got no response to. It’s completely circular and a total waste of time.

This company is useless when you actually need support. Do not sign up – you’ll be left completely in the dark if anything goes wrong.

They have now cancelled my insurance, without answering any of my questions to resolve the issue.

Quick and easy to set up online and great price

Worst insurance company ever used for gadget insurance. Called 2 different insurance companys I was passed to by Arma karma both said we no longer insure Arma karma. You can't speak to a customer agent at Arma karma you can only email and takes days to get back. Use a reputable company not these scammers.

Very easy to set up and reviews are good on trust pilot. Only time will tell the real results. In the meanwhile am really happy

I've bought my grandsons phones for Christmas and wanted insurance for any eventuality and this company provided everything I wanted at a competitive price. I also needed insurance for a laptop and with the phones all in one price. Brilliant.

Didn't help with changing the insured product.
I insured the wrong product, contacted the company via email and they didnt help me fix the issue, I tried to cancel as a consequence, they offered to help me cancel, but in the 2 following months I was charged for the insurance, until I realise and emailed them again. Thats when they send me an online form that effectively stopped my subscription. In overall bad experience.

Claim process pretty straightforward. Good fast communication. Claim processed and item received in good time. Would recommend.

Great insurance company. Insuring my spectacles with them (I'm clumsy.. so 'just in case').. Price is really reasonable. Whole process was set up in less than 10 minutes. They seem very professional.
