Once you take out a policy there’s no way to cancel it online chat doesn’t work and there’s no way of speaking to anyone they have you trapped it’s a complete scam

After finding my husband had been missed off my new policy I contacted live chat and Shanice was very helpful sorting it out. She added my husband straight away.
