The process was very quick and she answered my questions well.

It was very difficult to start a life chat on the portal, but after some navigation through other Web sites I finally managed to speak to Abbie who was very helpful and solved my problem. I would give Abbie 5* but unfortunately was very disappointed with the portal.

Don't really write many of these reviews but making an exception due to the excellent service received, cannot fault the service and assistance I received on a CHAT session with a lady called Abbie. I had just renewed my car Insurance via Moneysupermarket.com with One Direct and upon closer inspection noted that the details entered where for my previous car and required a couple of alterations - this was all done via One Direct Insurance CHAT facility - was extremely efficient and well handled by the chat assistant Abbie. - Great Service

I was having problems updating my cars registration. So I went on to One Directs "live chat" and I was answered almost immediately by the very helpful Abbie! Abbie was very helpful & guided me through process very quickly. My issue was resolved in a matter of minutes, and I was also asked if there was anything else I required help with. Abbie also update my car details on my behalf, which was very helpful for me. Excellent customer service from the very polite & helpful Abbie! 😃
