Outstanding customer service
Outstanding customer service. Products are very good and competitive prices. I ordered couple new fragrances. Wasn't keen on the fragrance so was told no problem, send back and they replaced with something else. It wasn't their fault but showed excellent no quibble service. A shame more businesses don't follow suit

What an excellent service
What an excellent service; I ordered during the day and by the afternoon had notification that it was on its way. The Postman delivered it a couple of days later - I used ordinary not express delivery. The goods were well wrapped as not to break in transit and the address was clear. The items I received were really good quality and would definitely recommend and personally use them again

I ordered the fragrance inspired essential oils and they are all stunning they fill my house with such a beautiful scent in particular beauty bell is absolutely amazing….so cheap and fast delivery honestly can’t recommend highly enough I’ve tried that many essential oils for my diffuser and they don’t even come close to smelling as amazing as these do!! Please support small businesses like this and they have smashed it out the park with these oils and fully deserve to be recognised!!

Hi Gillian,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're truly sorry to hear that the oils didn’t meet your expectations on this occasion. This is certainly not something we hear often, as many of our customers are extremely happy with the strength, quality, and effectiveness of our oils.
We take great pride in delivering high-quality products at competitive prices, so it’s disappointing to hear you weren't fully satisfied. We understand everyone’s experience can differ, and we'd love the opportunity to make this right for you. Please reach out to our customer service team at support@aromaenergy.co.uk , and we’ll be happy to assist with finding a solution.
We value your opinion and hope to welcome you back in the future.
