Excellent company 😍
I've never had any problems with Aroma Energy, always received my order, and I consider the oils to be top quality. Great website with some fantastic information about the various oils. Over the past year I have used the essential oils in my laundry, cleaning and beauty/wellbeing (excellent information in your blog!) Will continue to use 😊

I ordered some products from this company and needed further information, but no one answers the phone and they don’t respond to emails either. The lack of communication is extremely frustrating. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid them.

Mosquito Repellent …
I bought the citronella and lemongrass spray as I always get bitten by mosquitoes if they’re around and wanted to try something natural to see if that worked. Just got back from our holiday and no bites for the first time ever. Also much nicer scent than the chemical sprays I’ve used in the past. Thank you

I've brought stuff from these people…
there is a reason that retailers don't use PayPal and this company is proof
I sent them proof but still they have an excuse for every bad review.
I sent them proof they are lying about there product. its says nothing anywhere that they have changed there formula
so they are selling what used to be a good product I've brought stuff from these people before through Amizon do not buy the bigger over 100ml as its beed diluted yet they don't tell you and they don't pay for the return so its cheaper to buy the smaller quantities when I provide proff they still denied its diluted I would swear clear if I were you they did offer me a 50 % reduction but I refused at its not the same stuff and the smell is far les pungent

Hi Julio,
Thanks for your review and for giving us the chance to respond. We're genuinely sorry to hear you were disappointed with your recent order.
We’d like to reassure you that the oil you received has not been watered down — in fact, it’s part of a recent improvement we made to the blend based on customer feedback, aiming for a cleaner, longer-lasting scent. We understand that fragrance is very personal, and this change may not have been to your taste.
Throughout our communication, we did our best to be helpful, offering both a return and a partial refund (without you needing to return the oil) to make things right. We always aim to treat every customer fairly and appreciate honest feedback like yours, as it helps us improve.
If you would still like a full refund for this please feel free to get back in touch.
We’re sorry again that we didn’t meet your expectations this time and hope we can do better in the future.
Best wishes,
The Aroma Energy Team

Great products and services
I have used this company before, about 18 months ago, I think. So when I needed some more essential oils, I went back to them for these reasons: excellent quality of oils, best value, and super fast delivery.
