I have contacted the company regarding…
I have contacted the company regarding the candel as no smell and now i tried it again this morning and it is not working, the company agreed to give me 50%refund however it is not about the money it is about the quality, i now have to send it back to prove my point as the manager not taking my complaint serious enough i know it is only a candel , and his attitude was no one had problems before, not a nice man to deal with

We’re very sorry to hear this and sorry that your experience with both the candle and our handling of your complaint left you feeling this way. That was never our intention. We do take quality concerns seriously, and we apologize if our communication came across poorly. Thank you for your feedback — we will review this internally to improve both our products and our customer service.

Hi,
Thanks for your feedback. We completely understand where you’re coming from about review requests, but we were sad to see a one-star rating when there was nothing wrong with the oils themselves. For a small UK family business, a low rating like that can really hurt, even though we’ve done our very best with your order. Your support means so much to us, and we truly value having you as a customer.
Warm regards,
Bruno

Been using their fragrance & essential oils a few years now. Range is vast, consistent, good quality and importantly products don't get randomly discontinued all the time.
Always reliable and work fantastically for their intended purpose.
