Hello Diego,
The product you requested was already discounted by approximately 50% off retail. We do not apply additional discounts to heavily discounted items. This policy is clearly stated and applied equally to all customers.
Repeated requests for further reductions after a final price has been provided do not constitute unfair treatment. Pricing decisions are made transparently and consistently to ensure fairness across all orders.
If our pricing does not meet your expectations, you are not obligated to proceed with a purchase.

Hi Joel,
We’re sorry for the frustration. After your inquiry, we offered a full refund with a prepaid return label, which is our standard resolution when there’s a concern with an order.
As the item has not been returned, we’re unable to verify an incorrect shipment or issue a refund while the product is kept. Our offer for a full refund upon return remains open.
Please contact us at support@aromatrail.com if you’d like to proceed so we can resolve this properly.

I could say nothing negative about this…
I could say nothing negative about this site. Authentic fragrances that ship quite quickly. And the prices are actually insane. Screw Jomashop, the deals here are fire. I ordered a Killian Black Phantom gift set for $165!! That is so good!! I have also ordered a few mind games fragrances that were well priced.
