Writing on behalf of our buyer who used this company’s conveyancers - and have seen Arrow’s reply to them here which is totally wrong.
It seems this company opens a case file and does nothing until the property purchase comes to a time of needing urgent action. Our poor buyer was under time constraints of their mortgage offer coming to an end, and coming to an end of tenancy (the deadline to this was missed), and Arrow showed no haste to acting on these urgent deadlines without our own solicitor and estate agent chasing daily.
Eventually we did complete, but at the detriment no doubt of our buyer’s mental health - and our own causing significant stress keeping our onward purchase in mind. In addition made new enquiries months down the line which 9 times out of 10 weren’t even related to the property our buyer was buying from us.
A word to the wise - if you’re asked to go with this company avoid!!

Terrible experience
Terrible experience.
Whilst email communication between myself and my case handler was reasonable. The amount of documents they lost though is shocking despite knowing they had received them as I sent them Special Delivery. The biggest kicker is when they emailed me two months after completion claiming I hadn't sent a document back and it is needed urgently but I had sent it back with other documents (got photos to prove it) and they've got those. Document handling is terrible and I believe added at least a month to my completion date. I won't use them for anything else again.

We were a bit worried about using an online solicitor for the house sale but, once all the documents were dealt with everything moved swiftly and with no problems. The completion aspect of the sale was dealt with very efficiently by Kayleigh Molloy.

Okay but could be better
I've been with this company for months now buying my first property. Their communication is not great, every time I needed an update I had to chase for one. They are doing what they need to do but their communication could be much better.
