Excellent service from enquiry to completion.
I was a little uneasy about having cavity wall insulation installed.- however following the survey and the comprehensive information provided I was fully confident with proposed work ( and very happy with the price !)
The two installers Lee and Shaun were quick, careful, thorough and efficient - could not fault their workmanship - two really helpful and pleasant guys who explained fully the process they were undertaking-
and they left the place clean and tidy

Cavity Wall Insulation. A very comprehensive quote was sent following a site survey. Dan and Frank arrived to do the work. Very friendly and professional. They explained everything that they were doing and left the house and garden clean and tidy. Would highly recommend them to anyone. They were also great with my mad dog!

From initial enquiry and survey through to installation I've found Arrow very easy to deal with, good communications and accommodating.
The installation team Lee and Shaun were prompt as promised and were well drilled (no pun intended!!), taking a little over 3 hours to do our house (1920's 3 bed detached 150m2 approx). Lee even very kindly patched up a couple of extra holes in the wall for us. Before leaving they also had a good clean up of all the areas where they had worked.

Its' too early to tell how much difference the beads have made (that'll come in the next cold snap), but I reckon the outside walls already feel a tad warmer to the touch

I'd happily recommend Arrow Insulation to anyone considering having this type of insulation fitted.

It was a rainy day when the installers arrived on time. They got on with the job and were friendly and efficient.
Considering it was a wet day, they cleared up well on finishing the job.

Dan and Frank came at 8.00am this morning to insulate my external cavity walls with blown bead insulation. They were very experienced and did a fantastic and thorough job. They showed me with their camera the complete fill of several walls. So very pleased with the service from Arrow and their friendly team. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Quick response to initially enquiry, followed by very quick survey and quote. Everything explained perfectly and then the job itself went completely smoothly. Guys were polite, tidy and explained the whole process.

From the initial survey to the completion of the job was very professional.
Andrew did the initial free survey and with camera confirmed there was no cavity wall insulation at all.
The loft needed extra insulation. At no time was there any pressure to proceed with the job.
The office staff were always very helpful with my enquiries. The loft insulation was done on one day followed a few days later with the cavities filled with EPS Bonded Beads.
Dan and Frank did a fantastic job and left everything neat and tidy after the procedure.
I would definitely recommend Arrow insulation.

Our bungalow had been insulated with foam over 30 years ago and this had disintegrated over time, leaving our home cold and prone to condensation.
The first team from Arrow did a brilliant job of removal, very professional and keeping us informed of their progress (took 2 days). The follow up team came a week later to refill with beads and, again, really nice people and professional. Happy to recommend this company (already have to neighbours and a friend).

The experience we have had with Arrow putting the bonded bead insulation into our house has been excellent. Their communication is fast and very thorough. The team who came out to do the survey were very knowledgeable. The process of insulating the house was fast and efficient. Dan and Frank did a superb job. The house already feels warmer. Our cavity wall insulation was completed on 19th January, we received a professional, efficient and friendly service. Since the installation we see our electric smart meter showing a reduction in costs of £2/3 a day.

Dan & Frank were prompt and did a fantastic job. Cleaned up afterwards and were so efficient that the job was completed in no time.

Great service from start to finish. Matt the surveyor was very informative and answered all questions we had. The installers Dave & Jody were friendly & professional. We were fortunate to have been contacted by Arrow to notify us of last minute availability & had the EPS bead insulation installed in the middle of a cold snap….wow, what an instant difference it makes, the house is easily 3-4 degrees warmer and is holding the heat. The house is much more comfortable for having it installed. Thank you Arrow for a great service.

From the very first contact with Andrew, I knew we were in good hands. He was kind, friendly and above all knowledgeable. It was plain to see he cared about his customers and believed in his products.
Due to our situation he firstly fitted us in by supplying and laying loft insulation at the earliest opportunity. This was followed by collapsed and out dated cavity wall insulation extraction and re fill of beads.
Every member of staff I had contact with was polite friendly and knowledgeable.
Every appointment was adhered to and always on time.
