Had conner,daniel and Tommy at my aster property today they were kind,friendly and respectful they did an absolute amazing job and they were a pleasure to have wish all contractors were like them 3 wonderful amazing guys.

The bodged insulation work at my home failed and required further drilling works, additional injection holes, and repeated re-injection attempts due to the faulty insulation work, extremely poor workmanship, and ongoing defects. Despite repeated failures, requests for CIGA to help get denied saying no certficate whihc is not fact, and the insulation still remains within the cavity walls. Despite these repeated failures, the underlying problems have never been resolved.
Since the installation and subsequent failed remedial works, the property has suffered continuing damp penetration, deterioration to internal and external walls, cracking, and damage to finishes. Paint is now coming away externally on affected walls where the insulation had previously been re-blown following earlier failed installations. Cracks are appearing to the affected elevations.
These problems have had a serious impact on the condition of the property and on health within the home The property should never have been approved for cavity wall insulation by the Warmer group, due to its coastal location, exposure, and environmental conditions. cavity wall insulation is wholly unsuitable in coastal locations. In this case, the installation was bodged and fundamentally unsuitable for the property and environmental conditions and has damaged our property. Avoid at all costs CIGA presently trying to deny there is a certificate, not fact. Please watch government latest on removal of faulty insulation funding and go to your MP and Ofgem.

Our experience with Warmer was very positive. We had clear advance advice from the consultant and an efficient service from the working team. The job was done in a few hours and, indeed, the house is - the clue is in the name - much warmer.
We were only sorry the workmen did not notice the gate in front of the house, and apparently had to clamber over the fence each time they approached the wall!

The quote price was competitive and the work was good.

The Warmer Group carried out a survey of our cavity walls and recommended removal of old, collapsed insulation and installation of new bead insulation. We didn't move forward on this for about 5 months but the company still honoured the original quote for the work. The work itself was carried out over two days and the installers were very professional, explaining what they were doing, minimising disruption and tidying up afterwards.

The Warmer Group did a fantastic job from start to finish , the office staff kept us informed of every part of the project and the guys who removed and replaced the insulation were very helpful and did an amazing job which included a full clean up at the end. I would recommend the Warmer Group to any one looking to improve their building to save money. A very well done to The Warmer Group.

We called in The Warmer Group to assess our home with a view to obtaining an updated EPC, following heating upgrades etc.
We are so happy with the service we received from start to finish.

Received a quote for cavity wall and loft insulation. We did the loft insulation first. The staff who came were tidy and efficient and from I can see did a great job laying the new insulation. They tidied up after themselves well too. Definitely notice the difference. Will do the wall cavity with them next.

We had cavity wall insulation installed by this company, and on the very same day our EV charger stopped working( it’s less than 3 years old)! Their electrician later inspected it and suggested a power surge, however there was clear physical damage to the internal components. Based on this, we believe the damage was caused by the extreme vibrations from the installation process.

What’s most disappointing is how this has been handled. We were left without a working EV charger for around six weeks while trying to resolve this with the company, as we have two vehicles that rely on it daily. During that time, we gave them every opportunity to investigate and take responsibility, but they ultimately denied any involvement.

As a result, we’ve been forced to pay £500 for a replacement charger, which we are still waiting to have installed.

It’s a real shame to be in this position, as you naturally expect to trust professionals to carry out work in your home with care and to take the necessary precautions, especially when it comes to something as essential and expensive as an EV charger.

I’m writing this review so others can make an informed decision. If you’re considering using this company, I would strongly recommend doing thorough research and reading reviews beforehand. Unfortunately, our experience did not reflect the level of service or professionalism presented on their website.

If you do go ahead with similar work, I would strongly advise disconnecting and removing any EV charger in advance to avoid the risk of damage.

Edit: as the company have replied saying they acted promptly this is certainly not true. They took about a week to come back to us each email response took a week. I would recommend shopping elsewhere. Not very professional at all!

Soon after the purchase of our new home the Warmer Group provided a beneficial assessment of the insulation present and required. This was followed by the installation of cavity wall insulation and the top up of our ,loft insulation. Bioth jobs were carried out professionally by friendly and helpful staff.

Both Dan and Connor did an amazing job when they removed cavity wall insulation from our walls. They were polite , helpful and efficient. Once they had finished the work , they cleaned and tidied the area. I would highly recommend their work .

I am a handyman. I was contacted by a customer who had loads of polystyrene beads in their garden from where the neighbour's insulation had leaked out. The Warmer Group had fixed the leak but owing to wet weather had not been able to fully clear the balls from my customer's garden.
The warmer group agreed to pay for my services up to an agreed amount.
I did the work, sent them an invoice at 7.30 on Thursday evening. On Monday morning at 8.30 the payment was in my account.
From my perspective, very good to work with!

The technicians were on time, pleasant, considerate to our property, work finished to schedule, explained what they had done and why, made no mess.

They were all very organised and did everything they said they were going to do, on the dates and time they gave us, which makes life so much easier for everyone 😊

After struggling with our new build home over the past two years plus yrs and with the builders over that time unwilling to engage to resolve our insulation concerns and the NHBC having to be involved- we engaged with the Warmer group.
They where professional, surveyed our property identifying issues with loft & cavity walls, so far with our instruction they have completed the loft space, removing the poorly laid previous materials, Dave and Adelino installed new insulation with the correct amount of depth required by regulations, leaving our property clean/tidy, we have noticed the difference with the loft now completed, with no stress ( unfortunately the same can not be said re our main stream builders over the past yrs here in Shaftesbury Dorset)

Having had poor quality cavity wall insulation done 15yrs ago we were very cautious about getting it replaced and done again. Warmer were excellent at every stage: the surveyor who was careful to do a thorough job and explain recommendations; an efficient crew who did the work; a follow-up visit a few months later to answer further queries. V happy.

The Warmer Group installed loft insulation and an extraction fan under a grant scheme. They were excellent from the start, offering good advice, explaining the process and carrying out the work on the dates agreed. Staff were helpful and friendly and tidied-up when the work was completed.

They completed the renewal of my cavity wall insulation this week in Basingstoke. The team were polite and well mannered and fully dealt with my queries and concerns. The job appeared to be done in a very professional manner.
